I am asking the general/stander % although knowing case by case is different
.
Investor will put 1 million $ for 1-2 yrs, we put $50K &our idea & the
skills. If company going forward, VC will continue investing more money in (
at least that is what he says now) , and we do not need more.
How much the ownership we should have, and how much ownership the VC should
have?

bit over 50% for our 4 total in the case something happens for this money
guy, such as 51%. Is it reasonable? Or you think we are asking too much.

发帖数: 808 | 7 it depends on your time-to-market plan and your investors' evaluation over
your idea/future firm.
best way to gauge it at this point is to go to crunchbase.com, find a
company that works on a similar product / in a similar space as yours (dont
tell me how unique ur idea is, blahblha, im sure u will find similar firms
there); check their market cap, and better, consult the similar firm's
founders, asking them the situation at angel fund stage.
