无穷的心理学书告诉我们孩子是如何慢慢地建立自我意识，学会了区别自我和外部世界
，这个过程也是规则认知的训练和修炼过程。
有了自我是好的，而且是必须有。一个问题：你是不是有资格拥有自我，也就是我们要
说的主人翁责任感的修养问题。再重复一遍，这里讨论的重点是培训后天。
我个人认为，主人翁责任感（ownership）是一切其他ship的基础，比如leadership，
fellowship，friendship，citizenship等等。无我则无他，无私则无公。明白自己，
才能明白他人，尊重他人；正确对待自我，不自卑不自大，才能面对显贵无畏惧、面对
弱者无鄙视（如颜回）。
Ownership当然覆盖内容很广泛，我要说的是一实一虚作为代表吧。
一实，娃的身体。
肌肤毛发授之于父母，之后就是娃自己的事情了。这具皮囊一旦授予，概不退换，修修
补补是可以的，但是效果如何却是各凭天命。洗澡刷牙、按时吃饭、恰当作息、适当锻
炼等等等等是经营身板的基本技巧，也是对自己身体ownership的基本修养。如果极端

要严格，管理要松一些的 - 我说管制严，管理松 - 因为美国不要license, 但是用一
些莫明其妙的限制管制了硬件。

high level: 97.7%.
however, per nasdaq.com, the institute ownership is 72% as of Sep 30, 2011.

一个institute看不上的基本上是垃圾，比如 50%的holding是必须的。
SP500，不满足这个条件的，小兄弟我做过分析，只有80家左右，低于20%的，只有10家
不到。
举一个例子，PCP，当年看的时候比例在97%。。
谁也有这个公司呢，
巴菲特。
这个条件基本上可以排除大部分的垃圾股，
防止炒到垃圾股有很多简单的screen
比如价格低于5元，10元的不行。
比如不分红的不行
比如cap size太小，1B以内的不行。
比如成交量太小，每天不到M的不行。

打电话说ownership不是原来写得fee simple，应该是condo。以前做过一些研究，好像
fee simple和condo的最大区别就是有没有土地的所有权。现在ownership改成condo，
我这房子的价值是不是贬低很多啊？会不会以后想卖的时候就不保值了？ |

其实不高，一百多块，在这个区算很低的了。因为是好区，附近有些townhouse的
association都在三百多左右。
综合很多因素，这个房子算是个很好的deal，就因为这个ownership没必要back out吧

潮水兄的沟命海心说的是个极端，但是态度和觉悟是有的。一个下室索男心怀天下。命
是苦了点，但是态度和修养是到位的。
比如一个家，很多妈妈都说孩子焕发了我的生机。意思就是，做了妈妈，这个女人才真
正engage了这个家，或者孩子让她在更大程度上和家和这个世界结合在一起。因为她觉
得孩子的事情就是我自己的事情，她承担了ownership。
家不是一个人的，但是也是每一个人的。
“正确”态度就是，不管别人如何，我要把自己当做主人。不能看着别人吃里扒外我就
更加变本加厉的祸害这个家。这就是membership，或者更伟大一点的mothership，大环
境就是citizenship，但是本质上
是主人翁觉悟的ownership。
这是内动力的根源。
孩子如果觉得一个事情是他自己的，他就会关心，就会经营，会坚持，会有激情，会有
life。
反之，则是被动的，痛苦的

Can any Daniu help me explain whether the % of Institutional Ownership mean
anything for a stock?
I checked several stocks on Nasdaq website, and most of them have more than
50% Institutional Ownership. However JD only shows 16%, updated by Mar 31.
Is this indicating anything? For example the company owns most of the shares
or MM lost interest?
Is there any website showing the most updated one, for example up to today.

相比较，我觉得我强调的是主人翁的觉悟，虽然责任感也重要，但是主人翁的觉悟更重要
主人翁，不等同于拥有关系，而要更复杂
