。毕竟前雇主在如此frugile的情况下对我算是相当不错的。我另起一篇说说it的好吧
。前面有大牛说了，去亚麻能学东西。是的，用心的话，在亚马你能有机会学到很多其
他地方学不到的东西。当然了，这个东西我不觉得是技术，也不是political。亚麻有
那么一点点技术，也会有一点点political，但总体来说都不是很strong。要学技术去
狗狗；要学political去微软（HP/IBM也行）。
首先在亚麻最多的的学习机会是学习一个项目运营的life cycle。从拍脑瓜，到
proposal，到use case分析，到和PM一起写文档，吹牛这个项目能带来多少利润，到
design，到各个org或者组之间的协调（TPM），到break down到各个组的task，到实现
，到协调同步发布，到运营（也就是operation或者大家说的oncall），到优化，整个
过程。这个我觉得是很多大的地方比如微软未必能学到的。亚麻对于SDE II升级到SDE

我刚来没多久，刚开始觉得他很聪明，研究的东西一点就明白，还能提出自己的idea。
我记得我还和老公感慨，说咱公司里的RA水平都这么高，真是不敢小觑啊，顺带夸夸自
己多牛，能打败一堆名校的phd, postdoc,拿到这个position。扯远了。
最开始是圣诞节附近，他在weekly update里一句话： I have nothing to report
this week. 我大大的跌了一下，这个。。。
也太pathetic 了。没有正结果，你也可以说我尝试了这个这个，分析了这个，计划了
那个那个。
后来组里的其他人告诉我这个dd 其实很不happy. 因为他觉得他做的都是别人的idea,
他需要ownership。我又大大感慨了下，姐姐我做science 这么多年，也不敢说有

never gave it back. Not because Russia had a dispute with Japan about the
ownership of the islands and then sent in the military to take it.
If the south sea islands were to be officially recognized by a large group

1. 房产税跟产权没有关系
从表面上看，不交房产税，政府可能会强行做tax deed sale，变相剥夺你所有权，但
实际完全不是这样
a. 很多state是没有deed sale，只会lien sale，简单的说就相当于给你加一个
interest很高，优先度最高的mortgage/loan
b. 有deed sale的州也不会你欠几个月tax就把你房子拍卖，一般从欠款到拍卖至少要
半年到两年，中途每一步都有很严格的通知要求，如果不按要求通知deed sale是无效
的。绝对不会出现你不知不觉房子就被拍卖了的情况
c. 好了，有人说就算你提前通知我，我没钱交怎么办？最还不还是要被强行拍卖？我
想说你脑子实在太不好用了，有非常多的办法：
c1. 每个州有不同的政策，可以Certificate of Discharge， Installment Plans，

firearm-related homicides plummeted in the United States.
Breitbart News previously reported on a 2012 Congressional Research Service
study showing gun ownership jumped from 192 million privately owned guns in
1994 to 309 million in 2009. At the same time, the “firearm-related murder
and non-negligent homicide” of 6.6 per 100,000 Americans in 1993 fell to 3.
