partial authorship. Ownership 属于老板和学校，这是学校的一般规矩。 从传统和
惯例来说，authorship 应由老板完全支配，但是当老板也得讲良心不能滥用权力，特
殊情况下也应该适当运用权力避险。
就目前的情况看来，俺的猜测是：三哥能力平庸，脾气特大，心眼很小，与老板闹僵了
，没有得到老板的照顾，很可能老板给他穿小鞋了，老板终究还是放水让他毕业了，他
未竟的项目交由另一个学生做，那学生发文章没三哥的名字，或者排名令三哥不满，然
后三哥网上发文鞭挞，老板阅后与之争执，三哥怒，然后认为老板不帮忙或者说了他的
坏话导致他求职困难，正所谓屋漏偏逢连夜雨，白牛女友吹了，绿卡黄了，人生的乐趣
全没了， 然后他就决定挟带一些人上路了。
这老板死得很冤，让三哥毕业后应该两清了，可能就是因为三哥在网上发牢骚损贬他导
致他采取了某些令三哥恼怒的反制措施，否则三哥为什么就把那牢骚删掉了？多亏

放在女儿房间储藏室，所以，我搬了椅子上去拿他的相册，儿子的照片有两本，我拿的
是那本我和先生共同给他建立的那一本，给了他在我肚子里的一张照片。 很可能他们
没有如愿离开。我不知道发生了什么，我在楼下听儿子说照片是他拿的 （他怕他们伤
害我？主动承担责任？）。然后他房屋的门被锁上，我担心我的儿子被他们害了。我很
长时间都没有去看那些照片，因为我曾经浏览过，都是过去的照片。而最新的照片都被

我看到的华为基本上是员工共同投资共同持有的。不信我讲给你听。我加入华为的时候
年收入➕奖金大约几万RMB，合几千美金，年底公司就算一下，嗯，你今年挣了
（比如说一万美金），给你留20%生活，允许你购买8千美金的公司内部股票，买不买由
你，去年股票分红95%（我加入前一年是95%），你自己看吧，绝大部分员工就不由自主
的掏了腰包。又一年下啦，我的收入因为分红和加薪，收入几乎翻了一倍，公司又说今
年你的收入的80%可以让你买公司股票，你自愿决定，我在那几年，实际分红稳定在70%
。就这样，几年下来，我的股票翻了好多倍，收入也成比例增加，但是收入75%左右来
自分红，员工承担很大的风险，因为这个股票没有任何法律保障，但是员工工作回报也
