如果快速地type的话，或者速度跟不上的结果就扔掉了，或者在做这个instant search
前先等一下。
对throughput的要求会增加很多，但Google应该能sustain。
对用户的网速也有要求，所以如果网速慢，这个会自动关掉

不过就是把第一个suggesttion做搜索字串然后把用ajax update结果吗
google比较猥琐的是，连右侧的广告也会update
