没有数字， 那就没有double charge。还有这个数字和你credit card的 charge不一样
，你最好问问你的agent。 |

statement 上是 information only。

825.00列在debit line里，付这部分钱是什么意思？
我下周一一早就要把closing statement 中loan以外的fund（down payment, closing
cost)全部wire去title company. 现在就这项没有搞清楚。

主要这个印度loan agent非常sensitive. 上次问一下被cancel的appraisal被charge了
，什么时候能expect拿到refund,他就一直不理我。后来找了document上sign的另一人
问，他就很生气，说替我省了现住房的rental survey appraisal fee, 我应该感谢他
，怎么还问。是要谢他cancel了appraisal，可我credit card却还是被charge了，只是
问一下，他就不高兴。
