can not afford downtown or mercer island. The low incoming housings around
the factoria is a problem and will not never be solved when you compare to
the high-end area.
At woodridge area, the major issue is the power line putting a lid on the
pricing as well some extend of the low income housing. However, Maybe there
is potential with expanding downtown bellevue.

就是大家都认为学区好。我觉得再过四五年，somserset area 也就只有小学好了。初
中高中肯定是下滑趋势，矛盾的是初高中教育要比小学重要的多。年轻老中码工往往过
分重视小学10分是不对的。你们就绝对认为在老美的这种教育体制下，10分的小学比8-
9分的小学起决定性作用吗？小孩子还是能多跟各个族裔的小朋友多交往的好。等到高
中，再去锻炼social就晚了。当然如果你觉着这方面不重要，那我的观点就是错的。
