What does all the endless loss from FNM tell investors? What about the
endless government prop-up? What about all the strategic default in the
housing market? What about the looming OPTION ARM explosion? What about
the shadow inventory of foreclosed houses stuck in banks' hand that will
tank the housing price again once inevitably released to market?
Any fundamental analysis 101 on FNM reveals disaster, disaster, disaster
... and disaster. Don't invest in it unless you are a Day/Swing trader.
