不过，看了以后发现自己有一个问题。视频里，手(至少拇指)是会露出水面一下。但是
我发现我自己的手总是完全在水下，试过几次都不行。不知道各位高人有什么建议？

right below the water.
If I have to take a wild guess, you are probably doing the traditional
style of breaststroke and swimming a bit low under the water
Below is the newer styles of breaststroke.
1.Pay attention to the body position when kicks.
2.Pay attention to how the body position level with the water
3.Try to focus on the different in hands/arms entry.
I prefer the one with the butterfly/diving head and body motion.

翻脚：两脚距离大于两膝距离，两脚外翻，脚尖朝外，脚朝天，小腿和脚内侧对准
水，像英文字母“W”。

身尽量挺一些，于是我做出来的效果用她的话说像结合了蝶泳和蛙泳：)，不过我一点
蝶泳都不会~~
