这两年除了每天在户外快走45-50分钟外，基本没有别的运动。体力上能不能吃得消？
非常想去，就怕走着走着跟不上了，还得另花$300雇the second guide，那就不合算了。
The glacier trek portion begins with a two and a half mile trail hike
through the rainforest and along the lake's edge of the Mendenhall Glacier,
over forest and rocky terrain. The elevation gain is approximately 300-500
feet. Once you reach the terminus of the glacier, you will then learn how to
glacier trek with crampons and an ice axe.
The hike to the glacier is moderate to challenging, depending on participant
's physical fitness level. The first mile of the trail is well maintained
and goes through forests with a few switchbacks. The second half of the
trail is a little off the beaten path and requires hiking on bedrock with
some rock scrambling. It's important to have sturdy shoes or boots that
provide good ankle support while hiking on the rocky terrain.

2 hours - Trail Hike Back to Parking Lot
1/2 hour - Van Transport Back to Town
