voters who dont care about politics at all.
simply send a few buses to the welfare housing projects. each building
produces hundreds if not thousands democratic voters. these people don't
participate in polls, care only that there would be a pizza meal after they
voted. many may not even remember having registered when Democrat campaign
people knocked at their doors a few weeks before.
