DCCSSA的网站上说“The transfer confirmation will be posted and a tax-receipt
will be available upon request after June 14th, 2008.”
但是直到现在，也没见到什么transfer confirmation，网页更新停留在6月4号。6月底
给他们写信要收据，也如泥牛入海。我朋友通过大使馆捐款早就收到收据了。不知道版

藏区的整肃，以期平安度
过奥运。殊不知，今天的西藏问题已经成为影响中国未来的重大的危机因素。解决西藏
问题需要大勇气、大智
慧，小伎俩则可能葬送西藏，也葬送中国。
西藏问题究竟是如何发生的？
西藏问题首先是人权问题。
尽管当权者不愿意承认，我还是要直言，这个令中共领导人头疼的问题，究其源，实在
是执政的中国共产党自
己一手造成的。
我们不用把历史扯得太远。从元至清西藏政府与北京的关系是宗属关系还是平等关系，
学界有争议，我们可暂
且搁置，不去管它。重要的是1912年以后的西藏确实有相当长一段时间处于事实上的“
