新的186表，他告诉我除非我要在Completion of Medical Credential Verification之
前报名或延期，不然不需要寄。如果有人象我一样已经报上名而且还有时间的话，可以
抓紧宝学校那边的手续办好寄回ECFMG，等他们处理。 |

your education credentials. Your school has to either fill in 327 and mail
it back or finsh form 186 and mail it back for your Step 2 registration.
This is what the person at ECFMG told me over the phone. |

前几天在这边公证了，快递寄回国内签名。我是上海同济大学医学院的.
目前副院长的签名已经顺利搞定，可是在签名下方的"Institution name"一栏上被写成
了"Tongji University School of Medicine"，而ECFMG的数据库里是"Medical
College of Tongji University"。
请各位指教，这样会不会造成问题？有没有补救办法？

printed out 186 Form, and found out there were 2 types. Type A needs to be
signed by applicant and medical school official, Type B needs to be sighned
by applicant and Public Notary. But there is no form has the signing places
for both medical school official and notary. Do I need to ask ask medical
school official and notary sign Form A and Form B separately, and mail both
back to ECFMG? Because I was expecting to see a form |

. I did that because I do not know if my school have participated that

当时这些材料都是在上医的出国服务中心（治道楼201）办的。现在要dean 签名，不会
真要找dean吧，想电话回去问又不知道打什么号码 ：（

The school is closed for summer break, just could not reach anyone there.
This is an easy thing for ECFMG to help us, but they just do not bother to
do it. Like they told me they need several weeks to find my 186 form. what a
ridiculous thing?
If they really want to help me, just take them a few minutes to get my file
and then check if the signiture is on the old list. It is all done.
Take care everybody. We never know what we will meet on the way.

果你在5月份改规则之前已经完成了327A form 的verification,应该不用重新办186了

they can not determine it was sent directly by the official signed the form.
Does anyone knows how ECFMG determine whether the form is sent from school
based on the envelope? Thanks!
Right now I have to resend the form back to school and ask them to sign and

我知道2009年5月20日报名有新政策,但是象我这种去年已经报好名,现在要报考CK的人
还要重来么? 还是ECFMG网上要几天时间认证,会自动批准?
