多年span ，除了palo alto 明显高点，其他的平均每年都是6%上下左右。当然，数据

你的房子也很好找， redfin上，去掉outline，沿着101 和 Caltrain沿线，看，选离
高速/大路尽可能远的即可（对你方便的区域来说如果居住条件可以考虑的话那就很有
可能会离大路或者铁路比较近）。
比如617 Arcadia Ter #204 sunnyvale 795 N Fair Oaks Ave #2
NSJ的话 看 1385-Lee-Pl- 95131 相对交通差一些，但是是为数不多的可以避免硬
伤的，但是这个小区有点拥挤，周围周末有市场，看的时候注意一些
再有个bold的选择是看EPA，虽然这里有很多EPA黑（这你都敢去~~），但实话说EPA的
环境和房价一样在改善中飞涨。。

最后不到$300吧。
主要用途是用来写程序，看文档。分辨率高了之后的好处是能同时开的窗口多了，效率
有明显的提升。这就是买它的主要目的，觉得很对得起这个价格了。
面板同我现在用的ips，或者mbp的retina确实有差距，但是没有到明显的地步。也就是
看了其中一个，立刻看另外一个，能感觉到差距。把win7的字体调大之后（125%）用起
来没有什么问题。某些时候字体很小（比如remote desktop），但是不经常用，所以还
算过得去。
玩游戏的时候就用1080p，60hz的分辨率，也没有任何问题。太高了我的显卡也带不动。
用GTX770，原来用的html线就支持4k(30hz)，显示器带了mini-dp 2 dp，正好用来接
mpb。
另外，现在手里有多余的韩国QHD（2560x1440）显示器WECUBE ST2770W，从ebay买的，
ips面板，需要出掉，ask for $150。有兴趣的站内联系。zip 94404 |
