Sunnyvale，HWY85会有堵车；95132在San Jose东北，要走一些Local 上101或237，这
两条高速也会在上下班时间塞车。
从neighborhood来看，
95008，95117, 95118和95124主要属于Campbell和Cambrain,远比95132的Berryessa要
好。

比较漂亮，Berryassa华人比较多。 目前 overall， Cambrian的房价比Berryassa 高
一点。 95118么， 靠近95120（Guadalupe 小学）， 95124（Oster小学）的那一块比
较好， 靠近95125， 95136那一块比较差。 |

优缺点前面网友说的已经很全面了。西人超市一大堆但无中国超市，房子普遍建于1958
-1960年间。白人多，学校成绩还说得过去，房价也不算高。85交通状况比101仁道一些
，因为这条高速是禁止走五吨以上卡车的。适合工作地点在南湾的通勤族。
我想补充一点，其实本帖标题：95124...云云。并不准确，大概换成＂union学区＂比
较适合，作为中国人一般还是要把学区作为首要因素。union学区由95124、95008、
95118等四五个邮编区域的各自一部分组成，95118所属的部分最少，因为距离Costco商
圈和公寓区较近，环境稍嘈杂一些，好处是房价自然也低一些，95008、95124在union
学区内的区域也有出租屋但没有连片的公寓区，不靠近主干道的街区还是很安静的，白
人多，东亚裔多为二代或三代韩日移民，中国人尚未成气候，可能还不如本地的越南菲
律宾人多，最近几年印度人有明显增加的趋势，中国人不多，我猜是不太喜欢没有中国
超市和好饭馆的地方，嘿嘿。los gatos 95032、95120那边山上是毫无疑问的好区，房
