房子在2楼，是顶楼，比较安静，周围有围墙，我租的是在最里面的， 比较安全。房间
面朝东南， 光线明亮。客厅很大， 最近一年刚装修过， 地毯比较新。小区有游泳池
，洗衣房等设备。我们两个公用客厅，厨房，阳台等。有冰箱，微波炉，衣柜等。 因
为是租的APARTMENT, 所以你要自己准备床。我已经在宜家的网站找到便宜的床和床垫
的DEAL，可以私下给你共享。
入住一年的话， 房租是$1188, 入住不满一年， 短期出租或者提前搬出来是$1250，
需要按照人头分担SHARE UTILITY FEE. 主要是电费。上网费。
我这里没有什么LIGHT COOKING 的限制， 租房子就是有地方睡觉有地方做饭的， 连煮
个饭都不让， 整天凑合外卖，对身体也不好。
