什么停电了你还能打电话的原因）。而你的VoIP Adaptor也会产生几副电压，所以会跟
电话公司来的电压冲突，严重情况下电话公司来的电压能够烧掉你的adaptor。不过现
在adaptor都做得很好了，自动保护。
到房子外面去找，一定有从电话公司来的盒子。打开，断掉入线（一般4-6根），贴张
条子说：“老子不用电话服务，别接，接了弹JJ”。回来把adaptor接到任何一个phone
jack上，你整个屋子的phone jack就都有信号了。

Think from other hand, if you buy other brands of car seat, you need to
spend money for adaptor too. I am not sure how much for the adaptor. From
city mini website, the adaptor for infant car seat is >60 dollars. The
Britax receiver comes with either stroller or car seat. |

(At least it happened to me). You can use the water adaptor as a female adaptor and the faucet as male adaptor. Hopefully it helps. |

确实不如原装的稳定。你试试这些：
1. 把那玩意儿插到别的USB口;
2. 上网查一下有没有新的driver;
3. 把router关掉几分钟再重开;
4. 关机，重开。
一会儿不能识别wireless adaptor, 一会儿说cable not plug in, 一会儿又no
prefered network, 头都大了. 将电脑refresh到出厂设置还是不行. 只是最近几个星
期的事,以前都好. 另外不可能是router的问题,因为我另外的一个电脑一点事都没有.

研究了些。
lightweight的 比较热火的 birtax B-Agile,city mini也挺好，而且前者现在在打折
，180多刀吧，虽不是最低价，但也不错（不知道要不要等等？）。这个很小的时候就
可以推吗，carseat打算买graco snugride 或者chicco 的 key fit 30，可以配不？我
老公挺喜欢这个，价格也很可爱。
也有人说full stroller更稳当更舒服些，peg perego pliko 感觉挺不错，pliko four
更贵些，chicco cortina travel system 算是大众化的，但我看视频不是特别喜欢
，可能更喜欢PP3吧。
有使用过的妈妈们能不能给说说，这种full stroller和三个轮子的到底该选哪个？

我家的水管很奇怪，里面没有thread，我用手摸了很多次了，也没有其他附加的东西，
就是内外光滑的管子。。。

症状：插上AC ADAPTOR后，显示plugged in not charging，有时有能CHARGE，有时有不
能。
措施：已经和HP联系换过了电池（不管用），今天又换过了AC ADAPTOR(仍然不管用）。
可以肯定不是这两个东西的问题。
网上查了一下似乎有非常多的人有相似问题，不限品牌和型号。
严重怀疑是VISTA系统的问题。

UPNP/DLNA从PC播放电影，11B和11G都不够用，也不稳定，需要11N. Samsung的adaptor
是11N的，当然router也要11N的, 比较麻烦所以我还是用网络线，又快又稳。另一个原
因是我的adsl modem在study room, 但通过aztech powerline adaptor连到在客厅的
miotv盒子, 我接了一个小network switch连网络线去miotv和电视。很方便，无需拉线。
RMVB好像不支持。 |

气管联通。这里牵涉到一个adaptor的问题，因为压缩机的air hose只有1/4'' fitting
，.水管是1/2'' 螺纹的。我在menards的那片卖各种转换头的地方看了20多分钟，终于
找到两个，一个是"1/4 to 1/2"adaptor,另外是一个hose adaptor，里边带黑色橡胶垫
片的。拧上的时候记得裹点pvc tape。
第四步：打开你的sprinkler，就像平时浇水一样。当然，因为水源切断，不会有水冒
出来，随后我们就是往管子里充气，用空气把残留的水排尽。可能这一步要重新
program你的system ，每个zone建议给足够的时间，20分钟以上，慢工出细活。 |

假如filter多的话，holder我建议多买几个，很便宜，$8一个。可以买一个WA holder,
$12，不过这个做工实在和5人刀的地摊货没有差别。
adaptor ring我也建议多买几个尺寸，例如77基本是标准的话，那么如果有非77的镜头
，可以买其他的。step-up+77虽然也是好主意，但是这样每次77拆来拆去也很麻烦的，
所以没有必要。当然如果先加cpl后加cokin的话，cpl是77的，那么必须要用step-up到
cpl上，然后cpl上接77+holder。所以也可以77多买几个，然后根据不同的镜头配step-
up。我这次出去没有给52配adaptor，结果就没法用，不能不说是遗憾。这也体现出口
径统一的好处，例如Nikon 18-55配55-200配35/50，Nikon 18-70配70-300，Nikon 17-
55配70-200。85/1.8虽然口径是62但是似乎遮光罩上可以加滤镜，正好是77。
然后是filter，最好的当然是Singh-Ray，然后Hi |

就不能去分一杯羹？而且n家定位非常聪明，先声明是针对pro，自己把自己抬升出去，

至于镜头，既然是interchangable,那一定会有人出adaptor接其他镜头的，从M系列/
nex/nx就一直是这样，为什么nikon就不出自己的adaptor去搭配自己的lens呢？Sony这
点做的很好，NEX市场上有得是adaptor，但人家自己赶快出了自己的阿尔发转接环，至

我一个monitor的时候，从desktop到monitor是：
Desktop DVI Female + DVI male to HDMI Female Adaptor + HDMI Cable + Monitor
有图有声音，很好。
现在想变成Dual monitor,新的monitor只有DVI和那种蓝色的视频口，没有HDMI接口
我买了DVI Splitter, 以为：
Desktop DVI Female + DVI Splitter + 1) DVI male to HDMI Female Adaptor +
HDMI Cable + Monitor No. 1, 2) DVI Cable + Monitor No. 2.
但发现不work, 有DVI male to HDMI Female Adaptor的话DVI就没有信号，HDMI
cable 也没有信号。两个都是DVI cable没试过（理论上应该可以，但没有声音了）

体积小，象普通冲电器一样大，最好直接插在outlet上。
主要是工作在wifi信号比较弱的地方。这样可以买一个好的wifi-usb adaptor就可以保

后面可以直接接自己的路由。
另外一种入户方式是同轴电缆进来，然后进入 Fios Gateway Router，
那个破玩意相当于一个 Moca adaptor + 路由的二合一 （从上网的
意义上说。当然还可能有电视/点播之类的）。
如果只有网络，也可以找个 moca adaptor + 路由， moca adaptor
比较贵，但是可以用 mi424wr 重新设置后代替， mi424wr 极其便宜，
egay 上面连同运费 10 块左右即可 bid 到（老版本，good enough)。 |

的每个房间使用的是TpLink AV1200 1 port (gigabit)。速度还不错，至少看1080p电
影或HDHomeRun的HDTV没问题。
现在的问题是，有的房间在Powerline adaptor下连接的是无线路由器，笔记本如果联
到这个无线路由上，internet访问没问题，但是无法看到其他直接联到Powerline
adaptor上的机器的硬盘（以共享）。同样的笔记本如果通过网线直接连到Powerline
adaptor，是可以看到其他机器上的硬盘的。
有什么办法可以让无线路由的Client看到Powerline网络里的其他机器么？谢谢了！！ |

具体就是利用RNA ligase可以连ssRNA+ssDNA
合成DNA oligomer，上面有一段adaptor sequence（跟你的目的基因/目的基因组没有
同源性就行），5’端和3’端都要-OH吧，然后RNA ligase会催化把这段DNA连到mRNA上
，再做1st strand cDNA synthesis
然后用gene specific reverse primer和adaptor forward primer (可以是你前面用的
adaptor，也可以重新设计引物，往里面来一点，做巢式PCR）来扩你要的基因
这样子好像应该比$740便宜很多 |

了个小尾巴。将就一下，下面的CD player还可以用，没被挡住。
电源改用climate control的12V了。用电烟器后面的电源线，是turn off ignition也
有电的。加了adaptor就会LCD屏幕一直开着，把电池搞没电了。
Navigation很好，比一般的小GPS还清楚一些。再观察几天，就收工把trunk panel都装
回去了。 |
