addicted说得很有道理，同时也是我后来所领悟出来的问题所在。我已经把我的心态调
整好了，我现在的心态很平和。他来，我迎，他走，我不送。。。这几个星期都是他主
动联系我。说真的，刚开始的时候气氛很暧昧，他总是找些借口来联系我，而我呢，只
把他当一般朋友对待，每次跟他只聊些不痛不痒的话题，本来这几天感觉好象有点回温
了，正当我也以为慢慢会回到正轨的时候，问题又来了。上星期天，我没来得及接听他
的电话，过后给他回复，他居然又是不接听也不再回复。俺一气之下，这几天凡他打来
的电话本姑娘统统不接听，哼，让他也体会一下不被尊重的滋味吧。LOL。。。。
anyway，本姑娘现在是一颗红心，两种准备，如果不能把他调教好的话，本姑娘就辞职

dream都是他。我来到美国这个新颖的环境好几年，的确已经比几年前好很多，我甚至
找了新男友要结婚。前几年差点被和他纠结的关系给整抑郁了！
所以我也意识到这是我自己的问题：drug and addict，我需要很坚强的忘记过去，很
坚强的不要贪婪过去想得未得、还仿佛唾手可得的人。为了戒掉，我删了所有他的联系

行为产生正常的感恩，进而是友情，而不会有超出实际的期望。如果内心对别人的宠爱

1. "If cancer strictly follows evolution model, should one imagine certain
genetic lesions gain dominance?" 某些肿瘤可能的确是这样的,比如一些EGFR突变
的NSCLC,表现出oncogene addictive,这种genetic lesion似乎dominate肿瘤的生长,因
为对突变的EGFR进行target therapy（erlotinib）具有疗效．当然oncogene
addictive也并不排斥CSC.
2. 关于癌基因会诱导正常细胞senescence or apoptosis.这是事实，但一种可能的解
释是，这种或这些癌基因并非是tumor initiator,它们只是promoter或maintainer;也
就是说在它们异常之前，有其他genetic lesions作为tumor initiating factors，而

for cancer (oncogene addiction).

州是重灾区，我自己就有100多这样的Active patient。我在主持一个丁丙诺非项目，
在帮助这些病人。美国人对医生99.99%是非常尊重的，所以不存在受威胁的问题。
12. 我的典型的常规工作：我只做门诊，每周40小时。有一天带PGY3住院医生，半
天也带medical student。其他时间自己看病人，要自己写note。通常第一个病人 9am
，最后一个病人一般约在3:30pm。周二开始的早一个小时。有时会加病人到4点。然后
花半个小时把note完全完成后再回家。中午休息1小时。我们是教学医院一个新病人1个
小时；通常 private practice一个新病人是 30-45分钟。
13. 申请双科的话，你的材料准备要有艺术。当被问起是否申了双科的话，Honest
，但要有讲话艺术，自己想清楚了怎么说。我见过FM 或内科和精神科一起申请的。但
病理和精神科就比较远。
