请问：
亲戚体检TB皮试阳性。照了片子以后，说"minimal apical scarring, otherwise,
lungs are clear". 结果被体检的医生要求到health department去interview。我查了
查，但是搞不清楚这到底什么意思。我以为这是钙化点的意思，但是好像钙化的翻译是
calcification, 所以这到底是不是钙化点呢？被health department interview 有什
么作用呢？我亲戚没有得过任何肺病，从来不抽烟，在国内每年体检从来没被告知有什
么异常（最近的一次是去年），这还是第一次。
有类似经验的给讲一讲吧。谢谢！ |

发帖数: 279 | 24 其实吧, 我倒是觉得SCM绿卡不绿卡没那么重要.这个专业就是个鸡肋专业. 我有绿卡,
美国不错学校master学历, 美国超大公司(F50)5年工作经验. 问题是, 普通SCM其实入
门门槛蛮低的, SCM大部分方向pay的不高, 美国人做这个的大有人在.不用sponserH1B都不难找到match的人.学历做个敲门砖, 会点excel, access, 如果以前公司用过SAP, ORACLE
会PLUS一点, 有个APICS证书也再加点分.也就如此了. 现在好方向而且opening多的就只sourcing这一块, 中文是优势,
其它方向做不到管理阶层的都不好搞定.
有一点我超同意楼主, 面试时侯一定不要话多, 千万不要得意忘形. |
