2011年偶尔听到The Haul Road，在很长时间里它只是个念想，然后突然就去了，和我
爱的人迎着冬天最凛冽的寒风，在千里冰封的公路上，Roller Coaster一般遍观苍茫
大地的银装素裹，到最后麻木地迎着Brooks Range的十万大山那仿佛没有尽头的崛起，
言语无力，只剩恍惚。世上最美的公路在极北的尽头，好像意料之外，却又是情理之中。
漫无边际的荒原也好，层峦叠嶂的群山也罢，极目四顾，天地间只剩我们二人。这样的
景致中，即便是Aurora的缥缈，也显得那么微不足道。

阿拉斯加，这个位于美国西北角上的宝地，是美国国土面积最大的一个州。这里独特的
自然风景，从气势磅礴的matanuska glacier到wrangell st elias独有的ice cave，
以及denali national park里那雄伟壮观的mckinley mountain和fairbanks神秘的北极
光；每年都吸引着成千上万的游客不远千里来目睹阿拉斯加那令人惊叹不已的美丽。决
定9月份去alaska旅行，一方面看了deepcreek发的那个alaska的帖子，真的被他的照片
所深深的震撼了。另一方面，因为在网上查到3月份和9月份是看极光最好的月份，所以
也希望在alaska的最后几天能够去fairbanks那里碰碰运气，争取看到那神秘的北极光。

features a Finish guy who pulled a sledge from Siberia to Cannada,
accross Arctic point, that sledge looked like a huge hill,
and he literally SWAM across arctic water for some broken ice regions

3月29日的北极主权国际会议将在魁北克切尔赛亚（Chelsea）举行，由于在坎农的邀请名单上没有冰岛的名字，故引发冰岛的愤怒。
坎农昨天对此表态，为他拟定的邀请名单进行辩护。他指出，这次与会者都是北极的沿岸国家，丹麦包括格林兰岛，该次会议的目的在于补充北极委员会（the Arctic Council）的相关工作。该委员会有8个成员国和北方土著部落。
冰岛外交部长?ssur Skarphéeinsson认为，北极委员会的成员国包括冰岛、芬兰和瑞典，它们都应该受邀参加魁北克会议。而坎农办公室对此解释说，魁北克会议主要解决北冰洋（the Arctic Ocean）沿岸国家特别相关的问题，而与北极委员会无关。
目前5个受邀与会的国家都对北极提出过主权要求，要根据联合国海洋法得到更多的北极海床区域。

听说还有这家但是发了邮件没理我 Arctic Rent a car
我在第一家AlaskaAutoRental租的，因为不够30岁而第3家那时不available。没得选。
但是租完车跟当地人聊天说我们这车改得相当好，轮胎用的都是最好的。3月零下40F
的天气，大积雪的陡坡都轻轻松松没啥感觉。更多我也不会看了。（但是后来在hertz
租的车还是城市道路一丁丁的小坡一点点薄薄积雪就上不去了……）
这些都是可以开上Dalton的，3月的Dalton真是人间仙境。尤其Atigun Pass往北。天气
合适强烈推荐大家一定要去一去。我们去的人一致觉得 Dalton是整个Alaska之旅最美的
地方，完爆其它地区。那种震撼感难以言说（一定要天气合适啊，暴风雪什么的自己衡
量啊，安全第一啊）

用过吗？我上次是用的my best friend的，觉得很好用，可惜搬家扔掉了：（ 之前一
直觉得boppy还可以给小孩用很好，但是用了my best friend之后总觉得boppy那么软，
作为nursing pillow可能不好用。这个mombo是两种硬度的，一面硬点喂奶用，一面软
点给小孩趴着或倚着用，看着很不错的样子，把其他两种nursing pillow好处都占了。
查amazon review倒是不太好，说开口小，要腰围27“以下的才行。对亚洲人体型来说
这应该不是啥问题吧？
我家老大已经两岁多了，还在用吸管杯，因为用普通开口杯子喝水还是容易洒出来。可
是以前国内买的吸管杯的吸管现在感觉有点细了，不想看他喝水在那儿嘬半天只喝到一
点，可是去店里买被子看得我真是眼花缭乱啊，有人给推荐个不？我们给他直接往杯子
里倒热水的（不是滚烫的，但是热水），这里好多杯子都写着不能盛hot liquid，这是
个问题。。。
