倒闭，但产能过剩形式依旧严峻。在近日召开的第18届中国国际海事会展上，工信部副
部长怀进鹏在主题演讲时表示，当前造船业仍处在深度调整期，造船产能过剩的情况短
期之内难以得到根本缓解。
根据工信部的预测，“十三五”期间全球新船年均需求在8000-9000万载重吨左右，需
求依然低迷，而中国目前的造船能力还在8000万载重吨左右。这也意味着，仅中国国内
的造船产能就足以满足全球的需求。
中国船舶工业行业协会统计，1-10月，中国承接新船订单2038万载重吨，同比下降62.1
%。截止10月底，手持船舶订单13201万载重吨，同比下降14%，比2014年底下降11.6%。
而2015年中国的造船完工量预计在4000万载重吨以内，还不到实际产能一半。
产能过剩、订单大降，越来越严峻的形势使得造船业在2015年出现了罕见的破产潮。

加拿大一家由 8 个人组成的公司 Okanagan Specialty Fruits，通过基因改造技术把
苹果褐化的时间延长到了三周。研究人员给它们取了个名字，叫北极苹果（Arctic
apples），今年秋天在美国中西部和南加利福尼亚州上市。
当苹果被切开时，果肉细胞遭到了破坏，其中的酚类物质在多酚氧化酶（PPO）的催化
下氧气反应，产生了黑色素，这是苹果褐化的原因。
Okanagan 的研究人员通过一种叫 “基因沉默” （Gene Silencing）的技术，让多酚
氧化酶处于关闭状态，以极低量缓慢释放出来，因此也就延长了保鲜时间。

然而， 环保团体们很关心北极熊找不到吃的了..................
科学的讲， 现在讨论北极冰盖的问题的帖子不少。 其实相对气温变化（1998年以后气
温上升的幅度已经大幅趋缓）， 以及人为排放因素（最近三年排放增长flat). 更可能
是其他因素影响的北极冰盖。
最近的一篇文章分析为什么北极冰盖比南极晚了几百万年， 认为原因是中美地峡的形
成， 分割了两大洋， 造成两大洋各自的环流， 导致北半球大降温， 形成冰盖以及冰
河世纪。
现在的冰盖消融， 更大的原因是海洋环流的变化， 以及飓风的形成， 也是这个原因
。 传统上认为环流的主要因素是盐度和温度， 现在变暖窖们把这个归结到酸碱度。
但是这个问题的复杂度应该远远超过他们的想象。 |
