发帖数: 80 | 7 刚开始都是有个适应过程，就像长期不锻炼后的猛的一开始肌肉会酸一样。如果2周后
还是疼就是鞋子原因了。我原来穿NB，后来发现8小时后就根本脚不愿沾地了，小腿浮
肿。同事推荐的ARIAT，本来以为鞋底太厚会像DANSKO，结果效果真不错，下班回家脚
腿都不疼了。AMAZON有各种样式的，我现在穿PIEDMONT BURLYWOOD CLOG，颜色配我们
的制服。建议买比平时鞋子大半号 |
