your dishes. The biofilm is gel-like matrix containing protein, DNA and
polysaccharides of aggregated microorganism, and microorganism themselves on
the dish surfaces. The biofilm is harder to be removed than separated
microorganisms. So washing after each breakfast, lunch, or dinner is the
better way than washing after dishes are accumulated in your sink or your
dishwasher. |

发帖数: 1312 | 15 还是听那个PI说，有人把免疫系统分为两大分支，一支负责监视寄生虫病原体什么的，
另一支和过敏啥的相关；这两分支相互平衡。最近有报道有人在过敏还是哮喘患者体内
注射寄生虫（其中包括他/她自己，这让我想起了Marshall和Morris），来加强前一个
分支抑制后一个分支，结果治好了过敏还是哮喘。。。下一步他/她要做大规模的试验
。。。这个只是听说而已，等他回来了，还需要查证查证。
我觉得，适度的接触“脏”东西，不会得病，反而会加强、健全免疫系统，和打疫苗一
个道理。更何况，就细菌来说，我以前在微生物实验室了解到对于大多数疾病，只有在
细菌达到一定规模，形成biofilm什么的，才具有致病性（Wiki：Biofilms have been
found to be involved in a wide variety of microbial infections in the body,
by one estimate 80% of all infections）。
多跑跑步，锻炼一下身体，对呼吸系统和免疫系统很有好处。

验室作2个月试验，发个摘要。得最高奖的那个，用mesothelin早期诊断胰腺癌，基本
没有实用价值。只要胰腺有点小问题的，像胰腺炎，囊肿等mesothelin有很多都会高。
如果推广，还把人吓死。
可能更多是奖励他的给一百多个实验室拒绝后还不罢休的精神。

microbial flocculation挺有意思的，我们小lab老中也就想克隆个gene表达在不同的
