找到工作，加之夫妻两都是单独，干脆回国！几经选择，回到原来本硕学校211当老师
，讲师干起。
下面分几个大家关心的类别开类讲：
职称：本硕的导师在系里没什么发言权，所以回去投靠院长队伍，呵呵呵，大家懂得，
国内极其讲究出身，这样我就在原导师眼里是叛徒，新老板眼里的外围了（说的严重了
）如果真的不是嫡系出身，同时为人又不是很机灵的话，基本不照顾，只是象征性的有
些。所以还是靠自己（重点：想海归的注意了，尽管国内天天喊海外招人，怎么怎么支
持，那是官话，等你回去了 进了体系没人理你。没有好的背景人物支持，基本很难，
这一点算是领教了）。目前我所在的学校提副教授要青年基金，提教授要面上项目，那
是基本条件（现在形势变化很快，青年基金已经成了扶贫那个项目了，人手一个了，我
看这发展面上也快了）。现在这几年尤其是10年以后东部高校进人太猛，每年报职称，
尤其是副高平均4~5个人挤一个指标，所以10年是个分界线，之前入校的到点就解决 后

享下。RFE的response其实也就是再重新组织材料，重新写的petition letter.
看到RFE， 我感觉IO根本没怎么看我的petition letter, 所以在准备response的时候
，都时时考虑，如果IO粗略扫一眼的话，他能不能get the point. 所以用了很多下划
线，加粗之类的highlight 关键词。格式上每一项，每一小项都分清楚。那些个比较复
杂的证据，如果不是非常强，宁可不要。

biomedical applications. They have 62 citations. Right now, I am doing the
biomedical thing.I initially thought about the materials science. However,

Biomedical Sciences Dept., students got Ph.D. from BBS, MD from Clinical
dept.s. BBS in most US univ.s includes Biology Dept. and dept.s in Medical
School, they just call it BBS Program. BBS usually enroll many international
students especially from China, BUT, Clinical dept.s are very mean for
international students, after MD, they usually become residents and then
doctors which is too hot and competitive even for US |

我要的research technician 开的待遇比薄厚差很多，跟phd学生收入相当。说明明白
白的只要Bachelor就够,可投简历的几乎全部phd.
