1. 安装过程

ssd是256的M4， HDD是希捷500G 7200rpm。主要是因为这些是现成的，没有另外再买硬
盘。
给硬盘套的壳和外置光驱壳都是在amazon上买的，10+的样子。
2. 速度体验
fusion drive比纯ssd快是不可能的，顶多打平。用评测软件测出来的结果是因为软件
在ssd上运行的，所以会差不多。理论上它会在系统空闲的时候把不常用的东西搬到hdd
上，只是不知道具体的时间。
3. 关于trim
由于ssd本来是通过代码开的trim，所以用time machine还原系统之后trim的状态还是

发帖数: 89 | 9 发个贴，说说过去四个月的减肥成果。五月份的时候，身高160，体重130。现在体重
113lbs. 大概减掉17磅，呜呼！！！开始五月份参加boot camp,早上参加boot camp,下
午慢跑，其实只有2迈的样子。到拉七月把腰給扭拉，就没有再去boot camp。然后每天
坚持慢跑。跑4迈左右，然后速度也不快，5mph。就是七月开始对吃的特别注意，效果
一下子就上来。每天也在这里潜水，吃的就是早上，中午会有全麦，晚上尽量只吃肉和
蔬菜类。按照这个榜上的法帖就可以。其实我的目标是110磅以下，105磅最好。所以现
在只能算是一半成功。贵在坚持。这是一个持久战。
接下来想上p90x，不过要观察一段时间，还是先去买一组kettlebell来练习对大腿和腹
部的运动。大家加油。 |

comfortable plastic boots is not an oxymoron). My friend's feet are US W7
and mine are W7.5. We got them really cheap several years ago. We wore
them and never had any blister or shin bang problem. I saw many Canadians
wear them; some boots are at least twenty years old. For my nine years into
ice climbing and mountaineering, I have never heard anyone had problem with
the expe. The Arctis expe is good down to -40C.

has professional boots fitters. They will help you picking a right pair of
boots and fit them to your feet. Usually, if you buy from them, there will
be no extra boots fitting fee. |

发帖数: 39815 | 21 在家里穿着，还没觉得那么难受，山上穿完全就是另一回事了，还是有点窄，加上
shell很硬，脚非常疼。
这两天山上新降了雪，差不多1尺左右，但是雪很湿，很重，一趟double diamond滑下
来，就已经疼得想脱boots了。接下来几趟只能以很怪异的姿势滑，否则无法忍受疼痛
。 这个怪异的姿势让腿部肌肉一直处于高度紧张状态，结果一上午下来，也就滑了6趟
double diamond，大腿竟然抽筋了，这可是n久没发生过的事情了。
强忍着回到base，进lodge休息，拉伸，按摩，喝水吃东西，休息了一个小时，以为好
了，没想到脚一踏进boots，大腿又开始发紧，坐上lift之后我就开始后悔了，找了条
最简单的绿道，中间停了好几次，用了20多分钟，总算回到base，立马决定撤退了。
看起来这双boots还是不合适，不准备浪费时间break in了，直接退掉 |

Snowboard boot相比之下要好很多，通常只要知道自己的尺码，在网上购买问题都不太

发帖数: 353 | 28 今天到evo闲逛，和店里的伙计聊boots，听到一些有趣的说法，据他讲，ski boots的
尺寸应该比平时的鞋码小1号，虽然站直的时候会有点挤脚，但滑的时候脚会往鞋跟部
退一点，就没问题了，好处是控制更精确一些，另外现在的boots内层大部分都很保暖
，也软，所以脚的血液流通顺畅，不容易感觉到冷，也就不用穿很厚的袜子，当然极端
寒冷的天气还是要穿的

I don't know how mature boot camp can get, It just enabler for dual boot.
Running bootcamp partition in

我sh bootvar看见primary和backup都没有boot选项，
就弄了一个command
boot system sup-flash:xxxx
然后重启。
后来就卡住了。
是不是sup720里面有2个，一个sh bootdisk是sh的RP，sh bootflash是sh的SP，然后
IOS只能放在RP上，catOS只能放在SP上。
我现在应该回到rommon，然后把它改成IOS从RP boot？
有没有大侠稍微给我讲一下啊？

other for data
* 1 wd black 1t 也分成了两个logical drive, one running ubuntu 9.10, the
other for data
i can choose which OS i'd like to boot to, by pressing F8 during post and then choose which disk to boot from. By default (i.e. if i don't press F8) my computer
will boot from raid 0. |

重启后我按del去Bios看,sata硬盘很光驱都能检测到,第一启动光驱第二硬盘
但是IDE configuration里面

primary IDE slave: not detected
secondary IDE master: CDROM
secondary IDE slave: not detected
third IDE master: not detected
fourth IDE master: Hard Disk
是不是hard disk一定要第一master? 还是别的问题,我检查了线好几遍都没有松

well. I typically leave the computer on overnight, a couple of weeks
ago, I came in one day in the morning and the computer was off and it
would not boot up.
Basically, when I try to boot it up, it will turn on and stop at the
debug code "89"(LCD on motherboard) for 25 seconds and then try to reboot
again. It repeats the process. It can not even get into the BIOS.

USB插口。
BIOS设置到Removable device启动，不行，又设置到ATAPI CR Rom启动，还是不行 （只有三个选项，第三个是硬盘），就提示 Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected
Boot device and press a key.

ubuntu
，结果装好以后显示5个boot ubuntu option，见图，以前从来没有遇到过，而且我是新电脑，第一

请问怎么删除多余的boot option？

boot时间了，很好奇load个driver至于这么慢么？有没有什么解决办法？
以前debian etch的时候boot有个很脑残的问题，每次都要用20-30s时间连网络和DHCP
，要是无线网的话还每次最终都失败，但启动login后再连就能连上了。要是在init.d
里把这个关掉或delay缩短，又会影响login后的网络连接。当时搞得每次一启动就要近
2分钟，很没面子。后来升lenny之后这个问题终于没了。 |

endless 的 reboot loop，最后是按照以下步骤 boot 到 single user mode, 可能对
你的 case 也有帮助：
1. 在 Grub boot 的时候 press ESC 键，进到 kernel boot menu.
2.Use arrow key to scroll to the version of kernel image you want and press
"e" to edit, something like this will appear:
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6..xxxxxx ro root=LABEL=/
initrd /initrd-2.6.xxxxxx.img
3. Then arrow key to scroll to the kernel line press "e" to edit, something
