写的好的送我几个包子吧）
Lendingclub 基本原理是一个人要借10000刀，36个月还清。可能有最多400个investor
借给他，毎个investor最少借出25刀（一个note), 这样相当于借款人向400个人借了钱
。每个月借款人要向investor还本付息。36个月后全部还清。这个是分期付款而不是CD
. CD是到期后一次性还本，这个每月还本加利息。
同样对于investor来说，如果你投资$10000，你不是把钱借给一个borrower，而且最多
借给400个borrower, 每个borrower每月分别给你还本付息。如果一个borrower
default, 你只损失了$25的一部分或全部，这就是把小投资者搞的跟银行一样分散风险
。每个月你从这400个borrower收回一些本金和利息，如果帐面超过$25, 你可以把$25
再贷给一个新的borrower.

印象中PF在去年9月份的时候未必能够当天就锁当天送进去的loan，他们有个GFE的
review的时间，review之后才会允许lock rate。
虽然印象中9/23的rate确实是不错的，但也可能broker没能锁上。loan 注册到PF之后
，PF会把initial的GFE和TIL发到borrower注册的邮箱，LZ可以回忆一下是不是9/23或
24日收到的邮件。borrower需要阅读并且按照邮件指示完成操作才能继续。另外，rate
lock之后，PF会email borrower更新GFE和TIL。通过这些邮件，LZ是可以了解refi的
进程的。
PF最长的refi rate lock是45天，估计一般都只锁30天。30天之内closing的loan还是
占绝大部分的。依LZ所说拖了快2个月才close，中间broker或许在profit上是有损失的
。不过，以去年的下半年的rate，15年3.25%的话，说会赔到连cost都cover不了，其实
是挺难让人相信的。
