，这个就是不正宗不对路滴！吃的就是它的简单清爽，准备起来只要20分钟，既不会失
手，又绝对可以拿出去参加party。
方子在这里，我不翻译了，我没有bowl，所以做出来的不是bowl的样子：

便宜的那种颗粒会很不均匀，泡出来的咖啡会发酸，咖啡因含量高
咖啡机方面可以用french press，味道比较好。
或者干脆不用咖啡机，用cold brew法做。 |

后者的味道比前者做出来的好， 但比较麻烦，特别是洗，因为咖啡渣不能冲入下水道
现在考虑买Cuisinart 4cup Coffeemaker with Stainless-Steel Carafe，它的1cup=
8oz，所以4cup也没有多少的 |

配方用的是Cook's Country 系列的Blue Ribbon Desserts，上面那张成品照片的背景
就是这本书。这系列书都是American Test Kitchen出版的。 American Test Kitchen
应该翻译作什么？厨房实验室？前两天还跟薯条妈聊呢，他们的菜谱就是为了追求完美
口感而设计的太复杂。我曾经订过他家一年的杂志，cook's illustrated，价钱还挺贵
