在计算机里面enter对应的是字符'\n'。 而carriage return对应的是'\r'

词是carriage return而不是return carriage.

来了。回车是个啥东西？回族的车? LOL

好。可是目前看下来结果是，sfh都是又老又旧格局不好，里面黑乎乎，我不喜欢。相
反，carriage house or town house都是很新，亮堂，有小区的感觉，看着就喜欢的不
得了。
现在问题是，如果买sfh,我觉得太老太旧，不喜欢，但是ld认为，长期投资角度，再老
买都没问题，以后卖也不是问题。
如果买townhouse,缺点是hoa,其他真的都挺舒心的，但是他担心卖会有问题。
我们budget在340K--450K.
昨天下了个carriage house 的offer,对方要425K,我们出到407K,对方坚持418K,所以没
谈下去。那个还要250hoa.不过房子实在2个人都喜欢。
如果那个拿不到，ld说就考虑sfh,可是实在觉得不是很喜欢。我觉得先不管投资，至少
自己住的喜欢和舒心吧。你们给我点意见和建议，我们的条件买什么样的好呢？怎么
sfh就没新点和长的好看点的？难道买大点的townhouse or carriage house,就真不划
算？ |

p.s. 今年看到一本杂志就是介绍SC深度游的 有Columbia,SC，记不清了，好像是美联
航的。
