newsletter writer (who is short Puda, according to his disclaimer) suggests
Chairman Ming Zhao illegally stole the company for himself. Then, Zhao took
out a huge loan with a state-owned investment firm and used the company's

这个analyst都问了无数次了，cfo的基本回答就是，鑫苑chairman张勇对在nyse上市很
看重，觉得这个是xin在国内树立credit帮助很大，chairman不想失去。 cfo的语气听
的出来，他是赞成私有化的，但chairman反对，另外听的出来cfo的言外之意是，他对
张勇坚持不私有化的固执有些微词，张勇认为，如果私有化就代表xin认输了。他希望
得到市场的承认。
anyway,我原来对xin也有偏见，但研究了一番，我的确看不出任何fraud的迹象，一点
都没有，特别是regular分红，另外xin在河南冠名赞助河南女排，胡锦涛也去鑫苑小区
参观过。。。当然有不确定性，但我只能based on available evidence做出判断。
