从berkeley下班回sunnyvale。我跟着破GPS迷路了，阴差阳错上了bay bridge，脑子里
还在想为什么GPS要让我过桥呢！我就没看见上面是BUS ONLY， 走了bus lane，CHP让
我靠边停车了，我解释了半天，我是刚刚到美国一个月，我今天是第一次开车从
sunnyvale到berkeley上班，我迷路了。他也什么都不说，反正还是给我黄单了，说2周
后我会收到ticket。
我有2个问题：
1. 当时我没有美国驾照，我给他看的我中国驾照，解释了我还没考驾照呢。所以他当
天晚上给我开的单子上driver license No. 是： NONE。这个听上去好可怕，不会再罚
我无照驾驶吧。但是他当时都没有说，而且我刚到美国，拿着有效的中国驾照是可以开
2个月的。
2. 他说2周我收到ticket啊，我到现在都没收到啊！！急。。。虽然是不用出庭的单子
，但是我想知道怎么罚的啊，为什么没寄到啊？
我就很不明白，我都没有驾照，他其实record记不到我头上。。。但是车是我老公的，

，已经调查的案例除了一例sedan里误装了suv的脚垫而卡住油门外，剩下的无法证明车
辆有任何问题，只能推测是驾驶员踩错踏板。而且还出了一起诈骗案。

如果你拿到一个fix-it ticket(like a broken taillight),不要去police station找
人signoff，因为CA大部分city开始收费，比如Sunnyvale charge $39。你可以去CHP
sign-off for free.当然， court dismissal fee $25是逃不掉的。
不过这种ticket真是ridiculous，本人的例子仅仅是一个brake light out两天没来得
及修，就被拦下来给了个蛋疼的ticket，CA政府真尼玛在抢钱啊，你给我个warning不

lanes overnight in Glendale may have been caused by a drunken driver,
California Highway Patrol officials said.
Authorities say the driver of a 2010 Honda Accord was traveling at a high
rate of speed on the westbound 134 Freeway at about 11 p.m. Saturday when it
collided with the double trailer, which was hauling about 8,600 gallons of

chance you can win on court. Best option now is to go to court, plea guilty
and ask for deduction. Then go to online traffic school to eliminate the
point.
The only time I got away from a highway speeding ticket was when the whole
southern California was on fire and police were busy dealing with it.

没事，照了照片叫了警察写了报告，然后就研究怎么用CSP的primary coverage。
租车的benefit属于visa，要到eclaimsline.com开个case，上传文件，然后那边就会处
理。
11/11，开了case，当时还在LV，没有来得及上传材料
11/17，上传了 1.警察现场给的case card，2.national租车的起始和结束单子，证明
没买他们的insurance，并且用CSP付的租金，3. 自己保险的declaration，4. 一些现
场照片
11/24，CSP出statement，上传之
12/1，加州CHP报告寄到家，上传之
12/2，national修车账单寄到家，上传之
过了几天发现还没有动静，打电话给他们，发现他们把我的benefit搞错了，弄成了

局将和加州公路巡警（CHP）联手，严打开车时打电话、发短信、吃东西等分心的行为
，首次违规将罚款约200元，而且罚款金额还会随被抓次数而有所增长，严惩记吃不记
打呀！
上月底3月31日，旧金山警察局长索尔及加州公路巡警旧金山分局局长薛瑞尼（Captain
Christ Sherry）在市政大楼前宣布，4月两单位将加强找寻开车时未集中注意力的驾

释后，警察开了个条子，说没有记录，不会影响保险，只是说我的驾照地址没有更新。
让我去dm更新后，再去CHP那里去注销，大概要交20刀去注销这个ticket。大家帮忙看
看是这样的吗？
