Next time, when you talked to citi bank, before you even get started, get the
person's operator id #, which is 3-4 letters then 4-3 numbers, total of 7
digits. Then they don't dare to hang up on you. Every one has an ID # and
they're required to give it to you when you ask for it.

transfer，只要曾经从那个帐户转过一笔大于500刀的帐，20天后就可以享受这个free的
next day incoming了。
限制：1）每笔不超过1000刀，每个月不超过2500刀。2）做这个next day的时候，用于接
收的citibank的帐户要有至少500刀的balance。

知道怎么会有
人能够知道我的信息，并把我citi银行帐号的钱大笔转走，我费了很大的功夫，还没有
把钱全部追
回。
四月份上旬，突然收到一个电话，自称是Citibank Online Department，说我的帐号上
有两笔
可疑的电子转账，建议我立刻把帐号关掉。我开始根本没在意，以为又是那种想骗人帐
号的，差一点
就把电话挂掉。可是就当我进入我的网上银行时，才发现大事不妙，竟然有两笔总额达
4500$的钱不
翼而飞。所以就立马从公司开到最近的Citibank。在银行里，工作人员帮我把帐号关掉
，然后file
了Wire Transfer Investigation. 他们告诉我3天后可能有消息，最多不超过30天。
接下来就是痛苦的等待了。3天后没有任何消息，打电话到customer service，他们说
还没有任何
更新。我想，那我就等等吧。期间又打了几个电话，每次都是被从一个电话转到另一个
电话，最后的

有1年的0 Apr, 但有3%手续费，好象不值得搞出来，这个是如何操作的？信用额6000，提现额1900，是可以弄6000还是1900出来？1年还回给它，不用利息？

international student，所以当时没给ssn就给批了。2个月以后拿到了ssn去银
行update了一下。当时因为是学生卡，我忘记了是写了annual income还是没写？要是
写了的话可能是按照I20上面的钱写的，那就是65000，如果不是就是按照工资写的，那
就是26000.总之很快就批了下来给了1000的CL。
今年五月的时候，因为要买机票回国，所以就email给了department要求increase cl，
批了，从1000涨到了2000.在用这个卡的期间，每个月的钱我都按时还了，可能有点
maintain的不好的就是有两个月的statement balance超过了40%。
结果奇葩的他们10月份寄来一封信说我们错误的批准了你提高额度要求，你的收入并没

， 想到citibank总不会赖账。 没想到突然账户被关， 一分钱都拿不到， 是很不爽。
本来那段时间在国内， 一直没有用citibank的卡，有没有去看statement, 没想到有个
online service 的charge 10块钱不到， auto pay悲剧， credit card 就关掉了。
citbank要真不给也argue不到， 反正term condition都是他们定的， 吃亏也算是给板
上的兄弟们提个醒， 账户里的钱还是落袋为安。

我刚来美国不久，还不熟悉。之前开通了一张citibank的debit card(master card).
用它网上购物，今天想在walmart上买电视机, 但是付账的时候失败了
显示
"We were unable to process your order using the card you gave us, ending in
0207. Please use a different credit card, or contact your credit card
company for more information."
我一开始以为是walmart的问题，后来在amazon上选了另一台电视，结果下了订单后
amazon也发邮件说我的卡不能付款。
这是为什么呢？ 我之前用这张卡在amazon上买过一些东西(<100$) 没问题。昨天在超
市买吃的 也没问题。 为什么现在就不行了？
是因为debit卡有pin number?(但是买东西的时候没让我输) 还是因为额度高到一定程
度就不能卖?
