里面的loan officer叫Frank Zhang，服务的态度相当差，不过也怪我不好，贪图方便
路过就跑进去问了一下， 然后我们是长期的Citigold客户，想着做个pre approval应
该很方便，所以就让他帮着做，反正以后利率可以在谈，不找他家也无所谓。
这个贱男号称很快弄完，后来不什么原因，号称submit后总行需要补充材料,于是我们
很及时的交了他手上。 于是等啊等，竟然过了好几天还没回复，后来知道他hold 着我
们材料根本没交，然后让我们填的表，他自己都搞不清楚什么是对，什么错，送进去被
underwriter退出来，说用了错误表格。这期间打电话从来不解，留言从来不会，问他
Status，邮件从来不回，我打去branch manager那里，让她帮忙转分机，他勉强接了电
话然后抛下一句：“你可以找其他银行贷款啊，没人阻止你.” 我靠， 姐姐真对怒了
， 期间我们已经那了其他银行的appoval， 但是Citibank这个拖了三个礼拜，而且服

6月22号忽然接到短信通知，两天内我们的卡被消费1千多，问是否是我们消费的，账单
都是在各个超市现场消费的。
我们根本没接到卡，后来跟他们联系，确认不是我们消费的。
然后他们又重新邮寄了新卡，我们这次收到了。
然后账单里一直包含被别人恶意消费的部分。即使给他们打电话联系，每次都说给我们
打回来，却不处理。
刚又打电话，说着说着表示很同情，但是变成让我们pay这个钱。太让人生气了。请问
还有什么办法处理这个事情？ |

用过chase，amex，甚至barclay的网站，真的没有那个会象citi这么垃圾。一天到晚出
毛病。花大把时间在网上倒腾，怎么也行不通。打电话过去说是他们网站有问题，只能
工作人员在后台帮你弄。三天两回网站不能用。
今天被一个上千块的问题ｔｒａｎｓａｃｔｉｏｎ都快气疯了，登录后想把整个过程发
邮件过去，系统总是提示有些符号多了。他妈的，我一个非法字符都没有，这垃圾系统
说是可以写3000字，超过十个就出错。网上一查，大把骂娘的。

改为6112 Myrtle Ave, 2nd floor, Ridgewood, New York, 11385。29日上
午，我打电话问citibank，客服男的电话对方还有呵呵笑，称他进不了我的账号，要
我直接到银行去。我29日下午，做完工后直接跑去所谓的账号新地址，按门铃，问临
近，到头来，警察来了，不许我上二楼，也不许我问房东和那个自称是房客的年青外
裔男子。警察只称，他们没有在二楼找到我的老婆。30日早，我再打电话给
citibank，被告知两个账号都已被关。30日这天下午，我就被迫自己去另一个银行开
了一个账号，以便有支票用来付一些开销。30日晚，我再一次跑109警察分局，给了
警察有关银行账号和图书卡账号活动的信息。

发帖数: 81 | 39 某周五先用AA的链接开了帐户，加了银行帐户，开始漫长等待money line开通；等待期
间由于耐性不好，做了两件事情，一是又迫不及待注册了$100的link，二是让citibank
去连接fidelity，妄图用citibank把钱push进去。等citibank存了两笔trial deposit
，才发觉citibank一次只能push$5000，得两次，麻烦还是等money line开通吧。
足足等了7个工作日，直到两个星期后的星期二傍晚money line才让转钱，于是申请转
10.1k。
星期三，看到这10.1k已经可以用于购买证券了，虽然钱还没有转过来。于是购买了10K
的FBALX。
星期四，citibank显示10.1k被取走；当日FBALX赚40多刀。
星期五，fidelity显示10.1k正式到帐，当日FBALX亏50多刀，总资产蒸发了5刀。
星期六，收到fidelity的email，说$100刀的bonus已经打到我的账上，但是账上并没有
。估计要到工作日的星期一才能打上去，估计星期二才能看到。

举例说可以拿钱了过后再deposit钱就行。于是我就照做了。bonus一直没收到，期间也
打几次电话去问这样是否qualify，他们都说可以，没问题，等90天后还没钱就打回来。

个是 CitiBank，今天无意中发现 AMEX 的付款还没到帐，再查 CitiBank 帐号，
Bulebird 把两个 Payments 都付给了 CitiBank！
我帐号里的 Transaction History 到现在都还清楚显示两笔付款，一笔付给了 AMEX，
一笔付给了 CitiBank，打电话给 Bulebird，客服那边看到的也是一样，无法跟我解释
原因，说他唯一能做的是 File Dispute，把多付给 CitiBank 那笔钱要回来。。。
操作界面的一堆乱七八糟的 Bugs 就不说了，最起码你别把 BillPay 都搞错啊，这蓝
鸟实在是太烂了！ |

展银行. 但是当客户经理介绍完那一堆的额外费用之后, 我就拉上老婆走人. 连一本支
票本都要收SGD10, 太过分了, 简直就是抢. 第二个银行去的是CITIBANK, 在乌节路上
的一个小房子. 那边的客户经理太热情了, 连表都帮我们填好. CITIBANK没有那么多费
用, 还有免费的支票本和ONLINE BANKING. 申请信用卡要看雇佣信, 不同的薪金有不同
等级和限度的信用卡. 这个方法比美国科学. 不会造成那么多的卡奴和坏帐.
一样的银行, 但是CITIBANK SINGAPORE的办事效率太慢了. 申请交上去一个星期才寄来
ATM卡, 2个星期才寄来密码信. 我在电话上问我的密码, 对方还不肯告诉. 直到现在3
个星期了还没有信用卡的消息.
申请了CITIBANK的ACCOUNT之后, 一个朋友告诉我, 我应该申请一个本地的银行的帐户.
本地银行的分行多, ATM多, 而且本地银行的ATM卡和信用卡有NETS的联网. CITIBANK
是没有的, 不方便. 我们又跑去大华银行开 |

我于11月29日早，在信箱里收到citibank给李莉和我的来信，只称账号地址已经被改为
6112 Myrtle Ave, 2nd floor, Ridgewood, New York, 11385。29日上午，我打电话问
citibank，客服男的电话对方还有呵呵笑，称他进不了我的账号，要我直接到银行去。
我29日下午，做完工后直接跑去所谓的账号新地址，按门铃，问临近，到头来，警察来
了，不许我上二楼，也不许我问房东和那个自称是房客的年青外裔男子。警察只称，他
们没有在二楼找到我的老婆。30日早，我再打电话给citibank，被告知两个账号都已被
关。30日这天下午，我就被迫自己去另一个银行开了一个账号，以便有支票用来付一些
开销。30日晚，我再一次跑109警察分局，给了警察有关银行账号和图书卡账号活动的
信息。
