发帖数: 41236 | 10 今儿去Target, 无意看到这个espresso机和grinder都打折，就扛回家试验.
基本在espresso machine里面都是最便宜的级别了.
网上查了一下，说其实Grinder的作用比Espresso机器更重要，如果100块钱，
最好50块以上投资到Grinder上面. 我开始还有点不太相信. 测了一下这台
Mr. Coffee的Grinder和前几天买的Consumer Report推荐的Capresso
Infinity Conical Burr Grinder, 发现的确区别很大.
图1，两台都设置成最细档，Mr.Coffee机器只能磨到比ground coffee
更细一点的级别，而且大小不均匀. 右边的是Capresso Infinity磨的，基本
根面粉差不多了. 而且这个磨的太细了，以至于后来把咖啡机堵住了, 其实用到
fine档，基本就可以了.
图2，Mr.Coffee 15-bar pump espresso machine, 操作非常简单，
甚至比我以前一直用的steam type都简单好多. 开机等不到一分钟，机器预热

个多小时，好感动，下面把对我有启发性的东东总结了一下，跟麦地的童鞋们共享：
1. 面试之前
面试前夜就别抱着FAQ看了，呼噜噜睡个好觉比啥都强。神清气爽地踱进pg，看看周围
歪瓜劣枣满身咖喱味的哥们，pg不招我简直是天理难容！战略上藐视“敌人”，build
up自己的信心。在见PD之前找机会跟其他applicant聊聊天，一来显示自己social的能
力，二来可能share些信息，最最重要的是 warm up your tongue，保证见PD时是头脑
和嘴巴最灵光的状态。
2. 要善于tell a story
PD问个问题，不要总是干巴巴地列出一堆facts企图将人家砸晕，要善于tell a story

talk主题。coffee最大的人格魅力是由内向外的善良与热心。听讲过程中我只要听不清
就留言，coffee并无无视，边讲边回应并及时调试音质，好多其他同学也一次次掉线，
coffee都会要求组织者将那些同样尽量加回来。这些是小事。coffee的表达，各位前辈
讲话措辞表达清楚，恰到好处，拿捏得当，让人佩服。听完讲座发现match是对一个人
人品，语言方方面面的审查，而这些东西都是由内而外的修练，装是装不出来的。我也
不得不把学说话例为学习日程。 |
