《Darkest Hour》里的丘吉尔获drama类最佳男主。刚看了去年另一个丘吉尔电影《
Churchill》，故事不可信，演得也不好。丘吉尔怎么突然那么热门起来……
最高兴的是爱尔兰裔的美国小萝莉Saoirse Ronan获得comedy类最佳女主！之前看她演
的Lovely Bones和City of Amber就很刮目相看，一是漂亮有灵气，二是演技大可观，
从脆弱的牺牲者到坚韧的女战士，演谁像谁。小姑娘前途无量……看看今年奥奖有没有
戏。
电视类里Margaret Atwood的Handmaid's Tale获最佳电视剧、最佳女主等大奖。Obiwan

制药界的华人圈子中更是常被人们引以为豪，津津乐道。 去年（2010年）2月6日， 美
中医药开发协会纽英伦分会（SAPA-NE）有幸邀请到了黄西参加协会举办的虎年春节联
欢晚会，让和他一样专业背景的制药业同仁亲眼目睹了他的表演才华和个人魅力。时隔
一年，又到了辞旧迎新的时光，药协又一次很荣幸的邀请到了黄西来参加今年1月29日
举行的兔年联欢晚餐。 那么，在过去的一年中， 黄西又取得了那些成功和突破呢？他
本人又是怎么应对各种挑战的呢？ 带着这些大家都很关心的问题，笔者对黄西进行了
一次笔谈访问。
首先， 笔者罗列出了黄西在虎年取得的可以说是虎虎生威般的佳绩：

发帖数: 1996 | 12 还是要看具体哪一块听不懂，是听不出来是哪个词呢，还是听不懂reference。前者没有
捷径，需要平时就多听多看电视听新闻等等；后者的话我一般就放狗搜索。
有一些reference是和当前的时事、政客等等相关的，有一部分是地域和stereotype的笑
话，所以听comedy可以增加对美国的政治经济地理人文种族的了解。
可以先在电脑上听，youtube或者amazon instant video（如果有amazon prime的话），
还有pandora都有听不完的comedy。听的同时可以干别的事情，也可以随时暂停查
reference。另外comedy central网站上也有大量的免费show。
如果不知道听谁的，可以试试这些Chris Rock, Woody Allen, George Carlin, Eddie
Murphy, Russell Peters, Louis CK, Gabriel Iglesias。如果对时事政治感兴趣的可
以在comedy central网站看Jon Stewart和Steven Colbert的节目，不过他们的立场都

每个人都有自己喜欢的电影。萝卜青菜，各有所爱，不能说喜欢这部电影的人就比喜欢那
部电影的人更有品位，只能说个人的兴趣审美角度生活阅历不同而已。我从小就孜孜不倦
看电影至今，突然有兴致聊聊我喜欢的电影。
喜剧(comedy)
喜剧细分起来还有不少类别。我把喜剧分成黑色幽默(black comedy), 纯喜剧，爱情喜剧
(romantic comedy) 和近几年异军突起的 Toilet humor.
我最喜欢的类别自然是黑色幽默，看 Black Comedy 的感觉好像吃很苦的巧克力，苦得过
瘾。
我最喜欢的黑色幽默，也是我最喜欢的电影，咳咳，ELECTION!
什么？没听说过？那赶快找来看吧，99年的片子，最起码我可以 guarantee you a good
time. 这部电影尖酸刻薄，妙语联珠，和钱老的“围城” 有异曲同工之妙。
另外一部讽刺婚姻的经典黑色幽默当然是 The War of Roses(罗斯家的战争) 。不过如果
你是情窦初开的少男少女或者热恋中的情人，我强烈建议你们 stay away from it。对你

“脱口秀”是talk show，是Ellen, Oprah，David Letterman之类神吹胡侃的节目，虽
然Letterman, Conan等会在talk show之前来一段简单的Stand-up comedy,但是talk

却在嘲笑自己的种族。
对不起，这样的幽默感，
一点也不好笑。
最近，一直被西方文化主导的BBC推出了由三个华裔女生自导自演的新剧《Chinese
Burn》（逐梦魔女），讲述的是三个亚裔女生在伦敦的生活。三个女生都出生在中国，
小时候跟随家人来到英国，都可以说一口流利的中文也了解中国的文化，按道理说，她
们应该是最能代表新一代华裔群体发声的。
这部剧打着“消除种族刻板印象”的口号，本可以成为英国版的《Fresh off the Boat
》（剧论很高的描述亚裔移民的美剧），可当小编满怀期待地看了这部剧后，却有一种
吃了苍蝇屎一样说不出来的感觉。

不理解为什么棒子会舔泥哥。
在很多东欧国家比如波兰和保加利亚票房也非常惊人。同样不理解。
我估计很大程度都是跟风看热闹。
西非和东非的票房也都破纪录了，大约40万左右吧。
接下来是几个最大的国际票房，俄国，日本和中国。
好莱坞肯定很期待中国票房。我个人估计国内票房不会太好。如果中国票房真的很差的
话，西方媒体肯定不会放过机会贬损的。肯定会借此指责中国人种族歧视。

的show在online comedy里确实是最受欢迎的之一。这次学校的show是传统舞台式的
standup comedy，和他们网上的形式会不太一样。
每年都有几个专业的大牌comedian来Twin Cities，非常搞笑但是票也不便宜，以后我

sarah silverman的单口秀风格类似，属于shock comedy，主打各种种族宗教性别话题
的禁忌。这些节目的面向观众群是美国年轻人和中等档次成年人。shock comedy的用意
，具他们自己的说法，是通过对一些现象的极端夸张化，来激起人们的反感以至于领会
荒谬，算一种反讽。
当然，“领会”是自由发挥的。所以这种comedy一直都制造争议，以poe's law的说法
就是夸张和真实实际上分不清楚，除非大家都认为是笑话。sarah silverman讲过强奸
的笑话，结果被女权组织抨击。之前还讲过一个带“钦客”词语的笑话，也遭到亚裔组
织的抗议。对于comedian来说，其实是挺失败的，说明表达不到位。这扯远了，我想说
的是即使是笑话，界限总是在的，也并不是所有人都同意这样开玩笑，而且不管用意如
何，被当作题材的柄子没有义务平安认可和接受这种利用。什么是可以接受的，就要看
碰到多少反阻力了。大家都以为软柿子亚裔会陪着笑笑。

器官有关的常用词。从某种程度上，对理工科出身的老中来说，
需要第二次学英语，才能进入美国文化的这个层次。倒不是缺乏
幽默细胞。只要你能够享受中国的小品和相声，幽默感就不缺，
关键是语言的理解力。想欣赏Comedy show可以从收看Jay Leno
and David Letterman的talk show，相对来说比较容易和干净。
好的Comedy show完全可以和中国的相声比美，甚至更妙。
