1. 背景：
防火长城在十八大期间前所未有的升级，导致大批OpenVPN不能访问了。
2. 原因分析：
OpenVPN象几乎所有的安全通信协议的缺陷一样，最开始的密钥交换阶段所有交互流量
都是明文的。防火长城或许发现了其中的一些特征（signature，比如某些字符串)，这
些特征是其他应用协议中不会出现的。然后，GFW或许象当年封锁Tor 一样 [2]，模仿
OpenVPN客户端去连接 服务器。尽管不太可能成功连接，但是可以确认服务器是否是
OpenVPN。然后的动作可以想象：TCP RST 或者封地址，甚者有可能有串联的设备动态
丢包了。
3. 应对方法（之一）：
既然密钥交换过程容易被发现，我们就不做密钥交换了吧，使用预先商定的密钥。尽管
这对于安全性要求高的应用有风险，但是对于我们小老百姓翻墙，已经足够了。
这种方法还有一个限制：只能有一个服务器、一个客户端。好在客户端（一般在国内）

首先你人最好在纽约或者波士顿地区，在申请Fund的时候已经有了绿卡或EAD卡，不需
要H1B sponsorship。好的投资公司是不会考虑sponsorship 的。在这里我也想对打算
读Master of Accounting的同学说一句，选学校的时候，最重要的是要去大城市，什么
学校的好坏，专业的排名都是虚的，BIG 4 的campus 招人都是就近原则，谁还高兴跑
到外州的学校去？！ 纽约的好几个很一般的学校每年都有大批的人进BIG 4,因为需求
太大机会多啊。
其次最好有一些和Financial Services 相关的经验，例如在某个BIG 4 做Financial
Service Group（FSG）的Auditing or Tax。如果你做的是普通行业的auditing or tax
，可以先内部transfer 到FSG。最近NYC 地区的BIG 4 的FSG 的turn over 很高，有很
多opening, 内部transfer应该不难。在FSG 混1～2年就可以跳到FUND 里做了。

1985年，在美国硅谷成立了一家叫Qualcomm(高通)的公司。这家公司把军用的CDMA技术
用于民用通信，推出了IS-95标准，成为与欧洲的GSM竞争的第二代移动通信系统。
在第二代的商业竞争当中，GSM还是取得了的胜利。但是在高通公司的创始人当中有一
位世界级的科学家，叫做Andrew Viterbi，就是那位Viterbi译码算法的发明人，IEEE
Fellow，并获得了美国最高科技奖。在他的推动下，产业界相信了CDMA代表了无线通信

发帖数: 24 | 44 我去年贷款买了一辆新车，半年之后转了保险。因为不是很懂各种coverage， 所以
policy寄到之后也没有认真看（这是我的错）。上周六出车祸，打电话到保险公司
claim的时候被告知不是全保，所以只赔对方不赔我（高速上追尾，肯定是我的责任）
。吃惊之余去仔细看保险的条款，发现我买的是Comp only，collision missed。因为
我的车贷还没有还清，朋友说这种情况下保险公司是不应该卖不是全保的保险给我的。
打电话去argue，保险公司说理论上他们是应该告诉我我需要买comp加collision的，他
们很抱歉当初忘记跟我讲这个。但是法律上并没有明文规定，忘了也没有任何责任。而
且他们还说他们寄了我的policy给贷款银行，银行应该负责review，如果我不是全保，
银行应该通知我/强制给我把collision补上。我说银行什么都没有跟我讲，保险公司说
那就不管他们的事了。打电话到银行，银行说他们只管贷钱，买什么保险不管他们的事
。我说但是贷款的contract后面特别提到说如果保险不够，银行是会采取行动的。银行
说不跟我讨论具体条款，反正他们没责任。
