看到emunds上面同样规格的车最后买下来的价钱是3万出头一点，所以肯定会讲价。但
我比较迷惑这个conveyance fee, 查了一下之后发现一般地放conveyance fee也就是
200多块。这家高了这么多，并且没有registration, title之类的费用，难道是已经包
括在里面了吗？网上有些人说如果conveyance fee过高就说明这家dealer是容易耍花招
的那种，但看了它的客户购车经历评价还挺高。 |

Convey的好处是可以提早make appointment 也可以walk in，只是walk in 的时候不
一定能有人available。
SDSU的好处是星期六上午也上班，但只能walk in 不能提早make appointment，而且星
期六不做internation student的。 |

其實去年十月汕頭莊建堅主教已收到教廷的指示，他請我幫他聯絡教廷。我托人親手把
他的信送去傳信部，又請傳信部部長轉交一份副本給教宗，不過我不知道那副本是否到
達教宗枱上。還好那時韓大輝總主教還在羅馬，他向教宗道別時有機會和他談了汕頭及
閩東的事，原來教宗並不知情，且答應韓總主教他會關注。
聽了韓總主教轉告我教宗說的話我放心了。但十二月發生的事使我更加吃驚。當傷心而

很兴奋（因为终于成为传说中的房奴了），也有些scary（因为对于房子啥都不懂），
不过好在我和ld都挺喜欢这房子的，以后应该不会为房子再吵架了，赫赫。
上周六看的房，晚上和agent说了我们的意向和价位，结果第二天就有消息，seller在
我们的价位上加了4k说是firm price，同意就写offer。我们没砍价，同意了，要求
convey 后院的playset（这个汗一下，这个不用要求也会convey给我们的吧，想想他要
拆的话还得花钱呢，不过当时ld说不一定，他可以送人呀，于是俺们就没砍价了）。所
以最后就是5%下来。
这房子以前看过一次，当时价有些高，显然买不起（我们这里房价就没降多少），于是
就挑毛病，比如主卧bathroom太大，主卧也太大,有个带fireplace的den/study room，
客厅有俩柱子。现在房子将要变成自己的，越看越喜欢，以前的毛病都成了优点了~ |

发帖数: 1645 | 40 版聚什么的，15号边上的CHINS吃的不要太多，倒是CONVEY那个，平时看着小，去的也
少。今晚有朋友来，临时需要一个大桌，阴差阳错就去了CONVEY 的CHINS，也才想起来
他们里面是有个大房间放了几个大桌，大家聚会倒是安静，孩子们多也不怕跑远。
两家CHINS的风格稍有不同，感觉上这家更私密精品一些。进门就有点晚了，还没坐下
就先叫了大豆苗跟丝瓜，这是很安全的两个浙菜，孩子们刚好多吃点。果然坐下点菜又
花点了时间，全点完这俩加米饭就上来了，很满意不向别家要特意提“米饭早点上哈”
之后的一鱼两吃，肘子，羊肉之类就不细说了，朋友们都吃的很满意，连说是她家小姑
娘们吃的最好的一次，之后还续了一点汤。
服务/菜式都很不错，有阵子没去，也是个小惊喜。下次有人找大桌，又多一家推荐的

what's really interesting about the movie and the novel is, in the novel,
Jason Bourne did a lot of 内心独白。But in the movie, Matt Damon hardly
speaks. And yet, he conveyed the emotion that the author tried to convey
with so many (too many) words.
Both the director and Matt Damon did superb job. I appreciated more after
reading the novel.
