Probably not much of a shock, but it’s now official: Collectively,
homeowners and businesses in Cook County are being hit up for 4.2 percent
more in property taxes this year than last.
The semi-annual round of property tax bills will be arriving in mail boxes
across the county in coming weeks, and most will be bigger than last year.
As a prelude the Cook County Clerk’s office on Tuesday unveiled a snaps |

八落的时候他反而越打越勇。他的毛病主要是有时候过于想force it，有点一根筋。不
过绝对是大心脏，输Nebraska那场再多个10秒钟很有可能就到25码内了。
之前广大NFL球探和媒体都在捧Jared Goff，看了输犹他和UCLA两场感觉他还算稳当但
并不出彩。不知道为何如此受偏爱。自从孟菲斯打掉老小姐后Paxton Lynch又很火，但
这周输给Navy不知对他的行情影响如何。反正现在很有可能就是Goff，Lynch和Cook第
一轮。对于Cook来说OSU和碗赛是给自己加分的好机会。

1997年，Steve Jobs开始力挽狂澜，包括从Bill Gates那里得到几十亿美金的bail out
和继续支持mac office的promise。
14年来，整个苹果产品系列，无一不是靠外形取胜。当然，不排除左手ctrl + 右手
mouse也是一个非常吸引人的feature。短短14年，苹果不但死里逃生，还靠着富士康这

销你的饥渴销售？那可是真的要出人命的。这次ipad3所有的准备工作的目标只有一个：
打击黄牛。这里bbs上叫的欢原因也很简单，神医护士赚不到钱了，或者说本应该黄牛赚
得钱现在apple返还给消费者了。
在说远一点点 jobs那个时候他故意要搞饥渴销售么？我看不见得。那为什么每次新品
供货都不足呢？我觉得原因是apple不想让它的产品过早的泄露出去，所以不想过早的
去生产。这个和jobs的理念比较合拍：要保持新品的神秘感和轰动效应，更重要的是
避免竞争对手做copycat的产品。但是带来的副作用就是第一批供货可能只有一周
的产量，怎么可能满足一开始的供货需要？而这次ipad3从去年年末或者今年年初就开

如今的苹果，老乔走了这么久了，仍然没有出新的东西，itv，iwatch 都雷声大雨点小
，几次hype都还没出个影子。
当时世界对老乔的缅怀，造成苹果销售一个突飞，之后没有新东西就不成了。cook 被
花街哄着发分红，看着股票飞涨，觉得似乎没有老乔的苹果能更好，但关键时刻，不能
通过ipod touch 和ipad mini 果断的降价来抓住仅有的时机占领市场转型到更多的服
务和软体。基本上老乔打下的江山危在旦夕。
内部的几个高管压不住，只好取舍，Jonathan 当然是个精工巧匠，但我记得他说过为
了做好一个产品，不在乎需要多少时间等等，这个是明显和如今的高科技产品的竞争状
态不能搭配的。
对于自身公司的价值没有底气，推出的甚至拳头级别的产品（map）不能做好质量控制
，也不知道维护苹果的本色，光是道歉，放掉更多的市场动摇果粉对苹果产品的信心，
最终似乎只是服务了高层的政治斗争。
新的领导班子员工可能会喜欢，当然了，Jonathan 可能带来跟多的欧洲人文色彩，也

如今的Cook，还是依赖原来的团队，另外跟中国的关系就能看出，比狗强多了，该装孙
子就装孙子，其实以前Jobs也不敢乱说，只是用不去中国表达心情，自己装大爷，让
Cook去中国装孙子。
Cook当家的果子跟几年前没有什么不一样，新产品一样出。市场这么大，不可能一家都
吃了，都吃了司法部会出来砍头的。Jobs当家的时候不还是让施密特偷了idea，好像还
跟狗狗东家一起散步指点后生呢。
果子固然在Jobs回来以后翻身了，但是，他不在的时候，果子也还是很牛的，很多东西
都是那时候搞的，像激光彩打，appletalk，最早的iPad（这个牛顿可是在MS之前的，
微软还经常假装自己是先驱），iTune，投资ARM，这种眼光还是过人的。果子上一轮是
吃亏在被微软给黑了，windows抄Macintoshi，靠开放的硬件系统带来的低廉成本，把
果子彻底弄残了。
这一次，果子其实已经是一家韩国公司了，这是Jobs自己说的，所以他的成本已经是无

我自己也在大都会博物馆Met和现代艺术博物馆MoMA学习过艺术，知道那个艺术家是行
为艺术之母。spirit cooking根部不算什么。她之前有很多作品，
比如桌上72件物品，她授权给观众 几个小时用各种物品来对待她，不会受法律处分。
开始还有人献花献吻，但很快就有人用剪刀剪她衣服，然后有人用刀割她皮肤。最后有
人用枪对准她时，艺术馆的人员觉得太风险大了，就停了这个表演。
她说当你把自己身体的决定权交给其他人时，人会被成动物甚至禽兽不如。非常深刻的
艺术表演。
所以大家不要含沙射影。这个时间最多说明希拉里的助手的弟弟喜欢当代艺术，跟希拉
里助手和希拉里八竿子打不着。跟希拉里做撒旦崇拜更是无从说去。
我们都是出国受了高等教育的人，要有点分辨是非和自制能力。我自己也不喜欢克林顿

3个月前从私人买个车，当时在 Chicago westsdie DMV交税注册的，title地址是
Dupage county。今天收到一个交税的账单，有些一知半解，但是觉得是实在有违常理
。这是收税的理由：“A review of our records revealed you acquired the motor
vehicle identified below by purchase from a private party, and titled or
registered this vehicle at location in Cook with an agency of the state of
il. therefore...."
大家有这个经验吗？ |
