以往长者很少负债，但根据最新研究，过去十年，有债务的老年人比率持续升高，特别
是75岁以上长者。这个趋势可能会给靠固定收入过活的耆老带来更多财务压力，因为他
们增加现金流的机会很少。
员工福利研究所执行长罗莉路卡斯(Lori Lucas)指出，由于有更多长者将债务带入退休
，已有一些老年人放弃所需药物，因为他们无法负担。
联准会最新分析资料显示，近50%的75岁以上退休人士现在还有未偿清贷款，1992年这
个比率仅为25%，债务增加最显著的族群是低收入老年人。75岁以上负债中位数为2万
900元，远低于美国年轻人的平均负债。但是，由于75岁以上长者通常没有工作，也没
有太多机会增加收入，若与每年可领约1万6400元的社安金相比，2万900元的负债似乎
太多。

他开始怀疑是空调的氟利昂不够。结果打开后发现氟利昂没有问题。（但不知道他这一
开一关会不会真给把氟利昂给弄漏了）。于是他说可能是compressor (Copeland
Scroll) 坏掉了，因为他的压力表的指针几乎不动。建议最好找原厂家来给修，因为机
器应该在保修期内。如果他来修的话，估计我得花两千刀的样子才能搞定。
从日期来看，这机器是在去年7月中旬装的。但当时房子还属于银行的。现在房子换到
我手上，不知道厂家还给提供保修服务吗？
