and the existing hot black and neutron white wires to make a plug. I cut a plug out of
my spare computer power cord. This cord is 18AWG. This should be fine for a
500W and <3A range hood, although most kitchen appliances use <16AWG. |

１。换木地板
估计我们多半是Pre-finished solid hard wood floor。
老忍列的工具里: table saw和miter saw以后用在别的工程中的机会大吗？compressor
,flooring nailer/stapler和16 ga. finish nailer.是不是除了装地板，别的时候都
没有用了？
２。TV Stand
因为我们的电视得放在屋角，旁边又有壁炉，现成的很难有合适的尺寸和形状。如果要
做这个，需要什么工具？
关于drill，corded的和cordless最大的区别是不是方便拿着走？corded的是不是更有
劲些？
想table saw这样的工具，和新的比，旧的功能性上是不是有很大折扣？从craigslist
上买的，可用性好吗？

Could be, but if you don't mind drag a hose and heavy compressor around, you
should be fine.
Same thing apply to screw driver, corded one are much cheaper and powerful,
but most people still get a cordless one, because they don't want to drag a
cord around. |

enough time to do your whole yard (if large).
one with the cord is cheap, but you have to deal with the cord.
Gas is the best in term of power and last as long as you want it to.
Straight shaft is better than curved one.
4 cycle is better than 2 cycle.
Get one that use the thick trim wire, if you plan to use it as a edger (
vertically) |

Or you can can get a large radial arm saw that can cut both directions (RWKR
favorite)
Anything with a cord will be powerful enough for what you need.
If all your cut ends and sides are going to be under trim pieces (baseboard), you can get away with only a corded circular saw. But takes some practice to cut length wise.

corded reciprocating or circular saw.
For corded tools (drills,saws...), drill bits and saw blades are more
important than the tools themselves. |

mower刚买了两个月，一共用过6次，今天怎么也打不着火。 craftsman的。后来多拉了
几次ignition cord， 突然哗啦一声，就拉不动了。打电话给sears，人家说不管，过
了30天了。
为什么那个cord stuck 了。怎么修？sears接电话的人竟然让我再买一个。
办公室里赶进度，也不敢回家，脸还肿着，车怎么办。因为忙另2个星期没剪草了，

it is corded, not cordless or running on a battery.
if you do not have a big yard (>1ac), a corded chain saw is a good option.
it is cheap, and powerful. If you happen to have a big yard, a gas chain saw
is likely your only option especially if you plan to cut something over 1
ft diameter. |

it is your decision after all. If I have had a small yard and short driveway
, I might have considered a corded one. gas appliances do require regular
oil changes and small amount of maintenance. If you hate that, then a corded
one is the way to go.
as for quality, I won't worry about Ariens. I've seen many online comments/
reviews mentioning a 30-40 yr lifetime. |

间需要一个保护 from physical damage。
您这样的连接方式其实也没什么，相信好多DIY 的同学都会类似这样连接，但是这个图
贴在公众版面似乎有点不妥。电工不会去这样连接，一个负责任的handyman 也不会这
样去连接。从理论上说这样的接线方式是有安全隐患的。您需要在后边（墙上）装一个
junction Box, 然后用metallic cable（MC Cable） 连上神二， 接线在盒子内完成，
盖上cover.
您可以参考一下自家的 绞碎机，洗碗机，电烤箱，它们的接线方式，油烟机一样，同
属Fixed Equipment.

系统不值得，用cord mate不会太难看也不影响你享受。除非是装修的时候drywall还没

need both, small cordless drill and large with cord drill. Dewalt is very
good, but may be overkill if you don't use it all the time. My suggestion
is wait until there is a sale to buy a cordless drill of good brand, but
cord drill you can just get any cheap brand and it would probably last long
enough for ordinary use. I've had a toolshop brand drill that cost around $
20 when I bought it, lasted more than 10 years. |

事实证明这种简单的判定方法是很蠢的 就算你家的lot不到0.3 acre 但有很多树
有灌木将院子分割开来 用cord电动是很悲催的一件事， 永远不得不停下来整理电
线， 我甚至觉得cord电动有什么用？ 便宜的gas mower不到200块能买到很好的， 如
果院子很小直接用哩电池了
我是花钱买个教训， 你们谁想买的三思了。 割草的时候牵根电线 不是一般的烦
