是cord blood的干细胞可以对孩子本身有用的。
比如以leukemia为例子，绝大多数的发生在孩子身上的leukemia是acute leukemia。不
同的leukemia可能有不同的诱因，同一种leukemia也有可能是由不同的原因造成的。简
单的说，这个原因主要是先天或是后天的体细胞DNA的突变造成的。先天的体细胞DNA突
变，如楼主所说，cord blood估计不管用；但是后天的体细胞DNA突变，在孩童时期有
很多种途径可以产生：接触到某些突变型化学药品，放射性照射（过度的紫外线照射也
可以算是放射性照射），病毒感染等。和成人相比，孩童更容易收到这些因素的影响。
对于后天造成的leukemia，core blood是完全可以发挥作用的，几乎不存在排异反应。
现在除了leukemia, Type I diabetes(又称Juvenile Diabetes)可以用cord blood治疗

NIH批准在美国推广肖氏反射弧手术

国几个主要医学院多中心推广研究肖氏反射弧（somatic-autonomic reflex arc）肖氏
手术。NIH已决定由哈佛大学医学院建立DATA Base，收集处理多中心肖氏反射弧手术资
料。
向NIH要求参加该计划的大学太多，在平衡协调上伤透脑筋。我当然希望多多益善，但
经费有限。目前基本选定东海岸哥伦比亚大学医学院，哈佛大学医学院，华盛顿大学（

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他

don't know why people here don't dare to use a corded mower.
If you have a helper, let her or him to hold the cord for you while you are
mowing.
If you don't have one like me, just use one hand to hold the cord for
yourself
and use another hand to push the mower around.
The electric mower is very light. One hand can push it around easily.
If you use left hand hold line, go 'W' from left to right.
If you use right hand hold line, go 'W' from right to left.

因为是普通壁炉，而不是wood stove，1.5 cubic foot的木头烧不到8小时，估计只能
烧1个小时，这样的话6个小时需要烧9 cubic foot的木头。一个cord是128 c.f。 好像
也只能烧14天？一个月需要2 cord，花500块。这种烧法，即使不累死，也烧不起，太
贵了。
如果是烧wood stove，2.5 cubic foot能烧8小时，一个cord可以烧2个月。 从长远来
看，还是省钱省事。 |

有好几种方法都可确认每根线在变压器端相对应的线。
最简单容易的方式：
在变压器端的六根线分别做好记号： 1，2，3，4，5，6
1&2 为一组，3&4 为一组， 5&6 为一组。
这时你应该在变压器端可以很容易确认 哪3根线是正线， 哪三根线是负线。（比如1，
3，5为正线，2，4，6为负线）
（接下来在另一端你只要找到相对应的每根线，并做好记号（1，2，3，4，5，6）即可）
在变压器端拆开做好记号的那6根线， 悬在空间。
在另一端把还没做记号的六根线分别悬在空间

用根够长的Extension Cord，把在变压器端的其中一根线连到Extension Cord 一端的
地线头上， 然后用万用表设在Continuity，探针一个插上Extension Cord 另一端的地
线槽上，另一个探针去测6根线的任意一根线，听到呻吟后把这根线做好相对应的记号
（1，2，3，4，5，6），然后重复4边。 |

give you some tips:
Go Z routine
hang the cord around your neck
use only one hand to hold/push/pull the mower
cord as long as possible
sharpen the knife of your mower frequently
use used engine oil to clean the mower at least twice every year

发帖数: 1089 | 44 一周前我提到氡气测量的数值变化非常大，我家的几个月前后的测量结果居然差了10倍
，也不知道是不是有人小数点弄错了一位。一周前火速下单买了Radon Fan，今天已经
装好运行起来了。随便写几个流水帐吧。
首先是难度，由于builder已经预留了管路，我所做的安装过程还是比较简单的，总共
花了1个半小时左右。我干活不算快，但如果有电锯的话，1小时足够了。
如果没有预留的氡气管路，安装难度会比较高，因为要在水泥地钻出几个至少3.5寸的
孔安装PVC，自己搞个Sump也要费一些力气。
Radon Fan的话，有几家比较流行的牌子，其中Radonaway看起来更流行一些。由于氡气
地下吸气的装置有几种（石子、土、水），相应的风扇也有几种，这些信息可以在网上
查到列表。我买的型号是RP145。然后要买两个rubber coupling，用于连接风扇和PVC
管；还有Power Cord，power cord有2种，区别就是看风扇附近有没有预留的插座；最
后要买一个U形管Manometer，用于监测系统的压力差。
具体做法就是锯开现有的氡气管路，安装风扇，然后在地下室装上U形管。根据氡气管

所以我做了很多脐血干细胞的研究。 我公婆是中科院生物遗传所的，我老公也是搞基
础生物研究的。 一家人讨论的结果是不存。我理解的理由如下：
1.脐带血里的干细胞只是造血干细胞，只是针对血液疾病有用。其他的疾病，例如器官
再造这种吹的很厉害的干细胞功能，先阶段技术还不能用造血干细胞来实现（那个是要
全能干细胞，只存在于胚胎发育的很早期，理论上那些干细胞能分化为全身所有器官组
织）。 也就是说，只有特定的血液系统再造功能的疾病能用上脐带血，用途有限。
2.即使真的需要用到造血干细胞，存的那点点脐带血是远远不够的。 好象只够一个新
生儿治疗用，儿童和成人治疗的需求是远远不够的。
3.现在的医疗实践，还没有用自身的造血干细胞来治疗血液疾病的，都是用的他人造血
干细胞。 原因如楼主帖子中医生所解释的。
4.如果以后医学发展了，能用造血干细胞进行器官再造，那么人体自身脊髓里就有很多
造血干细胞，可以随用随取。如果亲人之间需要干细胞配型，同理。
