2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果

到dell网站看了下，四个E7-8893 v2 的R920 要$37K,其中cpu $29K. 一个$7K
但是我很困惑的是，这么贵的cpu也就3.4Ghz
那x5690岂不是便宜太多，一个才$1.2K， 还快了0.06Ghz

I purchased a product from you,had a minor issue, you handled it badly, I

从这句话就看出来了，you handled it badly指的就是用usps寄cord,那说明urchased
a product from you，had a minor issue是寄cord之前发生的事。我觉得是病人之前
从楼主那里买了东西，这条新的cord是replacement.那病人最开始买的只可能是两种东
西，1，电脑，2，cord.如果是病人一开始买的就是cord的话，买到就是坏的而需要
replacement，我觉得不能算是minor issue.最可能的就是病人从楼主买了一台新电脑
，但是不巧cord坏了或是missing，楼主就说没问题，你等等我给你寄条新的。于是楼
主搞了条新的cord,又用USPS寄，结果前前后后花了近两个星期时间（我怀疑更有可能

开来老外对肖的手术还是评价还是不错的，首先觉得很新颖很有趣，其次有些手术效果
不错，有的还有待观察。在2008年，这个手术在美国还是处于试验研究阶段，只对严重
瘫痪病人试用。

那是 lcdi 型的，单换lcdi 插头不容易找到。需要换整条 lcdi power cord，。换线
的时候可能需要打开空调外壳接线，稍麻烦点。
另外一种自认为是较为简单的做法但不知道是否能找到较短的LCDI Extension Cord，
如1尺的或2尺长的。按照昨天说的，换个普通插头，当剪掉老插头时，从空调出来的线
也可剪短一点，具体的长度是依据买来的LCDI Extension Cord 来定的,总长度不能超
过6尺（老的power cord + LCDI Extension Cord). 如果搞不明白的话，还是换整条
lcdi power cord。 |

2.cord blood 干细胞现阶段只能用于血液疾病，而且医学上不会用自己的cord blood
治疗本人的血液疾病。
3.兄弟姊妹之间如果配型成功，直接上脊髓干细胞。 那个和blood cord干细胞是一回
事。 兄弟姊妹之间配型成功的机率还算比较可以的，好像是5个点配上三个就可以。
4.如果医学发展，以后其他其他方面也能用blood cord，比如器官再造, 还是脊髓干细
胞在那里随用随取。
总之，存cord blood 理论上只是在孩子本人的造血系统后天受到损害的情况下有用，
但是那点存量什么都不够干。 如果是先天的基因早成的病变，存一吨cord blood 也不
会用。 如果造血干细胞能用到其他方面的疾病了，那么自身的脊髓是用不失效的干细
胞来源。
我的医生也说自己存是waste time and money。 捐赠干细胞，是能真的派上用的。 |
