学区面积朝向外观房型都不错，缺点是：地下室未装修，厨房很旧可能需要重做，地板
等也需要更新，简言之，就是保持了旧貌，没有任何renovation.Roof看起来也比较老
旧，据seller说10-15年旧。还有一个最重要的缺陷就是这个房子位于一条Main Road。
有经验的说说，如果我重新做厨房，中档的那种，然后加上所有的地板换成中档木地板
（2000 square foot)，加刷所有的墙，labor加材料得要多少钱？（我没钱做地下室
for sure）我不知道这些work需要多少钱，也不晓得counter回去多少钱了？320K？我
的dual agent到是不Push.我很想听听过来人的建议！谢谢！ |

这条说的很含糊, 我的理解是: 即使inspection之后, 房子有问题, 我们也不能以这个
作为理由拒绝这个offer, 是不是这样的 |

我假设的你是100k，去chicago，考虑地域因素，别个给你120k，相当于涨了15%左右。你自己公司counter offer再加20k，就是140k，100k to 140k，那不想当于涨了40%。当然有可能你的工资比较高，那么最后加这20k，就没有20%，那么涨了就不到40%。所以我最后说的是30%到40%。对你们行业不了解，莫非你现在远不止100k了，如果是这样，那我的确太低估你了。 |
