to enter SUMMER280 to get the trade- in rebate, but when I went back to the
website, the code is no longer working. Then I called back and was told they
will issue a new code to me(they said it's exclusive for me coz it's their
fault). Now I'm still waiting for the new code, they said they will call me
next week to let me know.
You can try to call the customer service, it's nothing to lose to have a try

4 may choose 286 plan, which means they would basically get an iphone 4 for
free. The monthly payment of 286 is a little higher while still in the
acceptable range.If I were in China and would like to get one, I would
definitely go for iphone4 provided by CHINAUNICOM instead of iphone4 from NA.
The focus now is whether CHINAUNICOM iphone4 could be technically hacked for
CHINACOMM user or if anyone would do that. |

again, let's take 226 plan as an example.
First u pay 4081, and for the first month u pay 226 and got 170 back to
cover part of 226 monthly payment, that is 4081+24*(226-170)=4081+24*56=5425
=24*monthly payment, which still follows my formula in the main post.
And it doesn't make any sense to assume you are using excessive minutes
beyond the plan u choose, coz it would be comparing an apple to a pear. We

1. not good to buy from US and sell to China UNICOM and not good to buy from
China and sell to US. the iphone4 price itself is still higher than that in
US. It only looks great when you combine it with the CHINAUNICOM plan for
the price.
2. I think iphone4 business here would be affected at least to a little
negative, whatever the extent.
Coz most CHINAUNICOM user who likes to buy an iphone4 would choose to buy
directly from chinaunicom. It is pointless to buy one from US and add a |
