I did a very poor job by quoting the WA laws and defy the judge and I guess
the judge thought I offended her
BUT! I can't complain coz I DIDN'T STOP on red even I was turning right
while there was "protection" on me coz it's the green arrow light at the
intersection just like the scenario you had.
Now I DID stop for 1-2 seconds when turning right on red even my car is "
protected" by the green arrow light at the intersection. |

within a week!
the only thing I suggest huhu should do is request the police report and
attack any inconsistency and weakness in the police report
Like my case, I attacked that the police report is unclear about my car coz
he first noticed my car from very far away, and my point is that the police
caught the wrong car. I was not the guy who was speeding.
Just something for huhu to think about.

That's why I said bidding again
is forgivable. Coz the range for 2sp is too large. It's no longer a rather

doesn't expect pd to bid, coz she bids pd's hand as well.

There is a hanidcap 3 , par 3, 137 yards(blue tee for amature) hole.
each time, I check this hole. I know it could be difficult 'coz a big tree
shadows right part of the green. I always think it's o.k. 'coz i know i can
aim
left side of the green. It can be a par opportunity.
However, each time, my ball just lands in the bunker of left side, even I am

different aspect.
but what's the definition about the course handicap 'coz i never heard about
it.
as i know, there are no course handicap. it's just the players handicap.
like the tournament we are going to play in thanksgiving. we just evaluated
our own hanidcaps and try to make it fair in terms of the given strokes, no
matter which courses we are going to play.

Average golfer struggles with running into the green, spends a little time
on reading green 'coz someone like scratcher is awaiting, and putts the ball
which usually is far away from the pin in the rush, and tries to make it
close, ususally it takes more putts to make the task done.
Scratcher can always take time, always be patient.......

on the green. for instance, for drivers, people want to have less spin 'coz
it affects the ball's traveling distance. for short irons, people want to

for 100bb max usually carrying 4 times buy in with you is safe
most game i play in vegas are nl without max buy in. my buy in depends on
table condition, usually carry 2.5 -3 times bi is good coz losing that much
will coz you somewhat tilt and can not play your best game any more. i
learned this lesson hard way :p |

So you basically is an aggressive guy as well?
If your image is very loose and aggressive, then it is ez to commit the top
two pair hands with relatively short stack. The main reason is PPL are more
than happy to play against you with medium strong hands e.g. top-pair-top-
kicker, even just top-pair. Cos they usually think you are too loose,
basically hand like top-pair will get you most of the time.

this is called compulsory licensing, you can just
cover it and send a notice to the owner, that's it.
of coz, you also need to pay them. but you dont need
the approval. usually people dont do that coz it is
not very flexible, that's why they contact the copyright
