人民铁道报西宁12月5日电 （通讯员马文）12月1日9时，随着一声清脆的鸣笛声，
铁道部为青藏铁路公司配属的5台新型和谐D1C型大功率交流传动电力机车，缓缓驶入西
宁机务段机车整备线，标志着青藏公司迎来了内燃机车转型电力机车的历史性时刻，结
束了该公司成立4年以来无电力机车的历史。
这个消息像风一样迅速传遍了全段，职工们从四面八方赶到机车整备线，来参观这
个崭新的 “大家伙”，并纷纷驻足议论起来。
“瞧，段上新配的和谐D1C型电力机车，外观设计可真漂亮啊。”检修职工小刘说。
“段上终于有自己的电力机车了，从蒸汽机车到内燃机车再到电力机车，我见证了
全段的发展历程，很幸运还能在退休前驾驶这么先进的和谐型机车驰骋在青藏铁路上。
”老司机王师傅动情地说。
“司机操纵台的设计符合人体工程学原理，这就大大降低了作业中的疲劳感。”
“快看车内，卫生间、冲洗台、电冰箱、微波炉一应俱全，以后再也不用为吃饭发愁了
。”上车参观的 “大车”们兴奋地议论着。

D1D & D1C both are developments. D1D develop first generation technology
and D1C ramp up their technology and implement. |

PTD/D1D/D1C are in Rolner Acre campus (RA3/RA2), they are the main
development sites (other than research path finding). Usually research path
finding work on projects ten years ahead of the market, when it is getting
mature and ready to be bought on market, it will go through PTD, then D1D
ramp up, D1C is another development fab but with much less development

不是是个博士就要，也很挑剔。所以能被选中，并不是偶然的运气好。面试一般是一整
天，PTD有的面试时从早上7点半，直到晚上六点半的dinner都包括，在这种强度下的筛
选，不出类拔萃大多都被刷下去了。
Intel的手机是blackberry,可以page,call,send text, 查工作email,24x7,随时随地都
能找到你,那些晚上周末的时间都白搭进去了。不是RCG一般都呆不长。在别的公司没有
一周工作80小时的，但是在Intel PTD/D1D/D1C 很普遍。 |

木有用，所以根本没问什么问题就结束乐，我当时还很郁闷来着。
这个是d1c的，电面的时候我第一个问题就是这个。当时hiring manager说没有问题。
他们不可能到现在才意识到这个问题吧。我面试的时候他们开头都会提到的。
on site的时候最后只是说export control时间会长一点。 |

什么的，有人了解吗？记得他当时说high volume microprocessor，process engineer

PTD develops all the processes, and D1D does the first scaling up (?)/tests
, so 95% of the work is done there. D1C is the fine tuning of the processes,
further ramp-up, because every step there will be used in the real fabs.
You'll be in charge of one process or one equipment, and to improve yield
and such.
Yes 24/7 on call. During my interview, almost all the engineers got paged,
even during lunch.

直接给offer不就好啦？），又问了几个问题，包括intel什么时候要答复神马的。她说
会在这之前给消息的。
intel的fresh phd工资是不是有地域差异，我不知道，反正我的专业也去不了intel在
加州的总部。
d1c工作是很demanding，他们都说it's not as bad as it seems，希望是真的啊～同

, 你看到活生生的人，可你看不到人家腰疼，肾疼，手指关节不能活动的痛苦，你看不
到那些Intel fab 的人早晨六点才回家的辛苦，之所以人家只体现出来好的一面，是避
免被你这样的站着说话不腰疼的讽刺。你连Intel的都不是，你懂个屁。那个网站不仅
仅是一篇文章，是在Intel 工作过得很多人成立的一个组织。你这个人歪得很，张口除

个问了一个imaginary tool的问题，一个简单的evaporator的装置，说brand new tool
，第一天工作的，第二天没电流了，问什么原因。 从最简单的power outage, 到power
supply, 最后到filament open circuit猜了个遍，最后面试官告诉我答案是 铜导线
蒸发deposit 到Ti filament上，形成low melting point 合金，就形成了断路。这个
问题估计他也不指望知道答案。 第二个就问了一通safety的问题。第三个也没问啥，
就让我详细介绍了我用过的一些setup. 下午是一个pvd的人面我，我虽然用过不少
furnace,但是对tool怎么工作不是很了解。问我film nonuniformity 问题该怎么
troubleshoot, 又问我stress是什么回事。这方面没准备，都答不出来。 接下来一个
本来是dry etch的人面我的，这个我做的比较多，但是这人没来，换成前一个pvd组的

online to ba gua, hehe......
The point is: just be careful with what you get yourself into....more than
80 hours per week is more than a normal person can handle in a long term....
.D1D/D1C/PTD are all like that.Other groups might be better, it is worth the
time to discuss with the folks internally to get insight.
For the people who have been used to that, they are not aware of what they

of group leader are either master or bachelor degree, in D1D or PTD, might
be more PhD as group leader, You will make future your life misarable by
asking a non-PHD group leader a PHD level questions. :-) |
