经过周密的可行性研究之后，做了一系列处理，决定开发为residential area
这些背景都会和buyer们提前disclose。买不买是你的事，如果决定买了，
得了病不能赖开发商哈！（但是我觉得既然处理过了，应该是问题很小甚至没有）
这个完全看buyer自己的决定。
每个property subject to two HOA，一个是大的HOA也就是daybreak这个
master plan，另外就是你家自己的小区。你的HOA费用每个月都有两个。
卖房的时候还要把房价的5%交给Rio Tinto作为improvement费用。
两个HOA的规矩都要遵守。CC&R里面说明，前院只能有一定形式的landscape
不能自己想种什么就种什么。房子都没有后院，所以也没有“种菜”和晒衣服的场地。 |

第二个，是花神最喜欢的Daybreaker。我发现花神对颜色（除非很奇特），花形和香味不是特别注重，但是对花序结构特别关注。他喜欢Floribunda类的玫瑰，这个daybreaker就是其中之一，但是它不同于一般的floribunda，花枝短小过于簇拥；它的花茎很长，不仔细看仿佛就是单颗玫瑰，其实再往下看是好几个花枝簇拥在一起。所以花多而且适合扦插。
第三个是nancy reagent，颜色和第二个很像。但是花序上就比较簇拥。 |

来吧里有一段时间了……潜水比较多，在此给各位前辈们请安了！
这里大学生一枚，高中时看了2011年4月新番的《我们没有翅膀》之后开始了对里界的
好奇，同时对那些声优众多的马甲非常感兴趣，算是声控一枚吧。
尽管里界声优所从事着并非什么可以登上大雅之堂的工作，其中一些人的三次元真相也
不一定堪比表界声优，但他们仍然怀着热情奋斗在为御宅族服务的第一战线。这类配音
所需要的勇气和耻度都是我们所无法想象的，希望大家对他们致以最崇高的敬意。（好

PENNSBURG, Pa. (AP) — A body has been found in the woods near the suburban
Philadelphia home of a Marine veteran suspected of killing his ex-wife and
five of her relatives.
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman says the body was
found Tuesday afternoon by police looking for 35-year-old Bradley William
Stone.
The body was found near Stone's home. Ferman says authorities are awaiting
identification.
