文件是要我们保证没有 unpaid debts, unpaid judgments or liens, loans against

本人去年六月份终止了半年的Verizon Fios TV and Internet
七月份将cable box寄回
但是始终未看到cable box收到的讯息
最终账单显示有balance中有Verizon cable box的钱（）
尽管如此，账单上显示的total due 是0
而且显示paid in full
本人就以为Verizon已经收到了Cable box并且不需要我付钱了
结果就在昨天收到了CBE debt Collecting Agency的电话
因为不想拖欠就先将账单付清
付清账单后
Verizon的账户里面才显示我有total due一定钱数
而且也不是paid in full.（Agency说不能立即显示）
我的问题是主要是
1.debt collecting对我的profile有什么负面影响
2.应该如何和Verizon交涉 （今早打过电话，被踢皮球的转到了不同部门，虽然make a
claim, 但是不确定能否最后结局）
3.怎样才能让Verizon report的给experian的东西给retrieve掉

balance transfer offer（包括citi, chase, discover, BOA),现在一年下来可能我的
debt是3万左右，LD的是1万多。信用分数由原来的750降到680，LD的降到650.准备回国
，估计两人收入几个月（不超过半年）就能还上。最近做了点研究，发
现好像可以用credit debt settlement,可能可以减掉很多。想问问兄弟姐妹们相关的
经验，是否有必要用这种服务，有啥利弊？考古了一下好像这种服务相当于破产，记录
保持7年，影响超过7年，我们短期内估计不会回美国了，要回也是孩子上高中以后。
各位大侠能否讨论一下，谢谢！ |

2、海外撤军，减军费。

应该是你的信用卡自己可以定credit line.首先你给自己定了一个1万，然后你自己想
消费到1万1就准备给自己的credit line提高到1万2.但是你自己在想是让自己default
破产呢，还是给自己提高credit line. 你觉得在这种情况下你会怎么做？因为花钱的
是总统和国会，定debt ceiling的也是总统和国会。
你描述的情况更像是中国，日本这些放贷的人坐在一起讨论是不是给美国提高debt ceiling limit。呵呵 |

问了律师事务所，不保证追到债的情况下，收费还非常高。律师都直接跟我们说走打
官司的路线有相当风险，很可能是花了更多的钱还是追不到账。
有朋友建议我们直接走追债公司，找那种成功了按一定百分比提成，追不到钱不收费
的。

这事说来话长，我原来10月打电话给comcast要求去年11／11取消服务，提前一个月说
的，并且缴纳了全部余额，若果他们按这个做，我因该不欠费，但11月初我又打了一个
电话，问问能不能继续提供优惠，对方说不能，那就罢了，我嘱咐说服务要到11／11才
纵断，但当天就把我的服务中断了，我只好再打电话给CS，指出他们的错误，对方说帐
号已经取消了，得重建一个，然后搞了半天才恢复，最后在11／11中断了。收到账单我
才发现新帐号是整个月按regular price charged，而我原本处于优惠期，于是打电话
argue。CS说事实上是搞错了，其实是comcast欠我钱（也就几块钱，出处按下不表）。
我于是放心了。后来又来一个bill，还是说我欠费，于是又打电话解释，CS说算了，我
