是tissue dendritic cells？Human的还是老鼠的？各种感染都有不同的protocol？In
vivo还是In vitro？有的retrovirus效果就非常好，有的lentivirus也很难。
楼上的回复的就随口说说，也不attach文献什么的，不知道楼主获得有用信息没有？

。这一期的Cell上有Akiko Iwasaki写的一篇prereview，记得这个版面有人评论过这个
日本mm是否美女来着，显然她的研究领域已经不仅仅是mucousal immunity了，应该还
会保持上升的。

bounded Ig can be easily internalized before successful ADCC occurs.
Similarly, I never see any reference depleting macrophages in vivo using mAb.
In addition, if CD11c-DTR cannot be used and macrophages play little role in
your system, you might consider clodronate liposome. High dose of CLL
depletes macrophages and most dendritic cells. |

Canadian scientist Ralph Steinman will keep his Nobel prize for medicine,
the Nobel Foundation has said, after his death on Friday threw it into doubt.
The rules state "work by a person since deceased shall not be considered".
But the foundation said it was unaware of Prof Steinman's death from
pancreatic cancer and that the award had been made "in good faith".

neoplasm,BPDC)的认识.方法 报道2例BPDC患者,并复习文献总结该病临床及实验窒检杏
特点,介绍肿瘤细胞起源的最新进展.结果 2例患者均以皮肤结节起病,肿瘤细胞表达CD4
和CD56,不表达髓系、T细胞以及B细胞特异性标志.对初始治疗敏感,但迅速复发,病程分
别为26、11个月.结论 BPDC是少见的淋巴瘤亚型,具有独特的免疫表型,病程呈侵袭性,

国内这个叫做生物治理，免疫治疗。就是提取周围血，培养其中的dendritic cells。
通过IL的刺激增强其抗原递呈能力。然后回输，希望能够增强对肿瘤抗原的递呈从而激
活自身免疫系统，消灭肿瘤。
问题是dendritic cell即使增强了抗原递呈能力也不一定能够递呈有效的肿瘤抗原，即
使递呈了有效的肿瘤抗原也不一定能够激活免疫识别，即使激活了免疫系统也不能保证
肿瘤细胞永远表达这些抗原。结果就是在临床上，效果非常有限。不能说绝对没有，但
是无法确定是否有效，无法预期哪些人有效。导致医院广告产生的患者预期与临床结果
不符。
直肠癌肝转移，至少在中国治疗意义不大。一般医院也不愿意接受这样的病人。并非完
全不值得治疗，但是患者要把期望降下来。大概时间不超过一年。积极治疗也不会有很
大差别。当然这还要看具体的肿瘤性质，患者状况，介入手段，治疗选择，等等。 |

好，我们今年年会非常热烈，大家都看到了，我们年年有进展，今年很多进展的报告大
家都觉得很兴奋，我想先讲今年所里几件大事吧，第一件大事是现在所里的领导增加了
鲜血，大家可能还不知道，王燕老师是我们所里正式的学术副所长，舒友生老师是我们
的党委副书记[在座一同学说道：“舒老师今天实验室来了新样品，估计在做实验今天
……”]，还有王佐仁老师是所长助理，我们最近又来了几个新的师长，最新的是昨天
到的张翼凤老师，Harvard博士后，UCSD的PhD，有些同学听过她的报告，有些同学没有
听过，可以给她安排一场，晚上的seminar.
