建议。

说年度的appraisal要开始了，我们发现你最近交易了房产，请核实一下基本信息。
但是令人生疑的是还附了一张表，要求填写交易的具体信息，包括交易价格，贷款数额
，房子是否有改造，更新，是否包含某些物品，等等等。我大笔一挥填好了表格，装进
信封前忽然脑子一闪：这些信息会不会被他们用作明年涨房产税的借口？这房子今年的
appraisal价格比交易价格低了15%左右。
真要如实报上去了，明年万一涨税，恐怕是跟他们appeal都无门，到时候他们拿出我填
的这表理直气壮的跟我说这就是依据，那样我就SB了。所以请教一下各位该怎么填？或
者是不是根本不用理他们？ |

但是state tax return的时候通过schedule d减掉了 因为所有的都不算state income

, 要另外1%的税, 我说我已经file了city,state,federal tax, 为什么还要file这个,
而且我搬家的时候也根本不知道这个地区是CSD. 他们说这不管, 谁让你住那里的.

发帖数: 1203 | 29 我觉得如果单身的话，可以在cambridge， charlestown， brookline，south end里面
选择，都相对比较upscale，而且商业activity都比较多。但是cambridge要住红线附近
比较方便，charlestown可以选择住在桥下面的complex（marriot附近）10分钟走路到
north end，15分钟到finacial district，brookline可以住coolidge corner或者靠东
一点（靠kenmore那里），那片本来也热闹，而且比较安全。south end 很多gay，带动
的这个区域比较artistic，很多high end 餐馆和cafe，bakery，房子很多装修的也比
较独特。这4个区域，都不太适合有车族，基本都没有车位，很多apt还要再花200－300
停车，这个要考虑！所以说，如果图方便的话，还是就近租房吧，离chinatown近，离
backbay也近，多好啊！ |

super 88 is a huge asian foodcourt/supermarket that's nearby. Every morning
the commute to Government center is around 30 minutes on the green line. You
can get off at park st and then walk to financial district. I gotta be
honest though, the Green B line is one of the slowesst/most unreliable
subways
out there...but I really like this area so I have to put up with it. |

便有sfh，也基本是50-60万起，不管房子多小lot多小；west roxbury最便宜的sfh才20
多万。我觉得west roxbury不差，甚至比allston jp etc环境还好，但是位置不如其他
boston的district方便是肯定的了，就这location一条就限制了房价 |
