i have loop.py, it's very simple
for x in range(0, 10000):
rc = os.system("my_other_script.py")
time.sleep(10)
os.system("linux_cmd_to_turn_off_my_other_script")
Coming back from weekend, i don't see outputs from my_other_script.
When i manually run "linux_cmd_to_turn_off_my_other_script",
my_other_script seems alive again.
so i was thinking what happens if this line never come back ?

so when i do "ps" in the iMAC terminal, it says "bash".
but in .bashrc i do have "export PATH=....".
when i do "echo $PATH", it doesn't show my new path.
now if i do "source ~/.bashrc", then new path is added.
why .bashrc is not working from boot up ?

I start it, then thinks for a second, then nothing! No opened window, no ico
n in the lower right corner. Nothing !
I press Ctrl+alt+del. I see that msnmsgr.exe is running.
If I start msn again, it just ads another msnmsgr.exe to the list.
I've tried reinstaling MSN, instaling another version, instaling a BETA vers
ion, nothing worked. |

whatever direction is the wind, you will have the same amount of distance

example, the frequency of some cancer is extremely low.so it doesn't make
sense to say that the sample follows normal dist.
my question is
1 at least how many sample roughly i need to conduct a power analysis or
what's the lowest frequency to conduct a power analysis
2 the proc power in SAS is for normal dist.power analysis, so which method
could be used in this case, SAS preferred.

This method makes sense when it follows normal dist., but my case is that
the sample size is extremely small but the population is very large, i can't
say that it follows normal dist., i assume it doesn't follow any particular
dist. but i haven't got the data yet, i wonder which method could be used
in this case and what's the sample size needed to conduct any analysis. for

感觉上java和j2EE的是中大公司搞，

可以看出来薪水还是有点差别的，平均来说。
